Each country is corrupt, the only difference in the level of corruptness in it. Many African countries are suffering from THIS and comparing Kenyan problems with yours is just stupid. Don't speak about things you don't know Geuza Ulaliwe. A tram is just a subgroup that was recently included in the light rail wider term. We have monorails, trams and the light rail I posted - all of them are light rails. The Dakar rail does not support enough weight to be regarded as heavy rail. Read a book.
