you know sgr ya kenya iko na 3 phases right? and Mombasa Nairobi ni phase 1 pekee!?

then in Tz the land is owned by the govt so no compensation is required. in hte the govt does not own the land so it spends alot in compensating the victims

Umemjibu vizuri sana, huwa nashindwa kuelewa some fellas ambao kazi yao ni kupinga kila kitu hata vitu vya muhimu kama strategic infra projects. Miradi kama hio ikifanyika nchi jirani same people watashnagilia na kusema tunaachwa mbalo kwanini hatujengi.
