Sio lazima kila kitu tulingane na sisi kuna vitu vingi tunawazidi

The four towers are tall above 150m.
Can u tel us how many towers of such height are in Naiobi..
Only 3 are over 150,
TPA - 157
PSPF - 153

Meanwhile Kenya currently has two over 150 and 6 under construction over 150. The most interesting thing is ours are much taller than yours.

Britam - 200m
UAP - 163m.

Wabongo maneno mengi sana. Badala ya kujivumia maendeleo unajivunia eneo. Hiyo Dar yenyewe imeshajaa makazi holela hakuna mipango yoyote.

In btw..Makonda alikuwa anafanya nini leo uwanja wa fisi????

Ndio maana nimewaambia mjini ni joburgy pekee si nairobi au Dar. ...sababu nairobi×5 ndio joburg sasa kama nairobi ndio mji ulioendelea apa EAC huoni Ni upuuzi tu

By then do not rely there, nipo huko pia na kuna projects mobu hatunaga muda wa kuleta huko. Projects nyingi Tz hufanyika bila publicity.
Njoo DSM siku moja nikutembeze uone.
It is true that many projects can not be represented on such forums, but am quite sure, Significant projects has to feature in the forums in one way or another. We are saying Projects in Kenya are quite significant because of their magnitude. Even forumers from as far as SA will have knowledge of them, like AVIC, it is huge that in itself makes an impact on the city. Such Projects cant go unnoticed, so even in TZ any big project we will get the news, but of now, there not yet.
AVIC project Kenya Has six towers enough to change the skyline on their own!!

It is true to say that one year from now Nairobi will have three "CBD's" rivaling one another, Upper Hill, Westlands and the current CBD
Some Projects in upperhill include the Jabavu Towers tallest in Africa under construction

I love development, impressive thing in Nairobi is Road infrastructure. It is little more advanced, frankly speaking , thumbs up Kenyans.
But don't brag here, that thing won't be tallest in Africa dude., nowadays everyone is building.
Otherwise go back to the current journals and feed that hollow space between your ears.

And What evidence do you have that it won't be the tallest at 300m? Or are you speaking from what you don't want to happen?

Unfortunately Dar ina eneo kubwa lakini maendeleo yake ukilinganisha na Nairobi ni aibu tupu. Plus, watu huku wamekusanyana maeneo machache ndo maana Dar panaonekana kama pako overpopulated. Labda pakifanyiwa resturcturing kidogo panaweza pakashindana na other cities duniani. Until then let's just pretend Dar ni mkoa tu...lol
