I'm not sure if Kenya or any country within East Africa has a reserve of 6,000 megawatts of power, no one at the moment in East African grows at 8-10%. Not sure if any country in East Africa has the amount of livestock like Ethiopia has. We're talking about potential here, 100mil people under one tax jurisdiction can not be matched with any country in EAC. People can always be developed its matter of policy, but you can't create market without people. Hapo ndipo potential ya Ethiopia na Nigeria, its becoming bigger than Kenya. The investors tend to look for for future potential markets, ndio nikasema Kenya has already be exploited na wajanja. At the moment Kenya mnakimbia Kwenye speed ya karibu na mwisho, Tanzania Ethiopia bado hawajaanza kwenda full throttle. What will happen kama na wao wakianza kukimbia na housing market, utilise their land, manufacturing, air, sea, rail, education insurance. What will happen?ethiopia has not beat kenya...infact ethiopia is one of the poorest countries in the world...even tanzania is richer than ethiopia...even south sudan is richer than ethiopia...what made ethiopias GDP to pass Kenya's is the country's population which now stands at at 100 million...nikama Nigeria it passed SA in terms of GDP but Nigeria is another very useless and underdeveloped country....SA still beats Nigeria in all sectors hands down....Kenya still beats Ethiopia in all other sectors hands down......in this context, u can compare kenya to SA while Ethiopia is like Nigeria....big GDP no development and high poverty....you can imagine Kenya has only 45 million ppl...so usitaje hata ethiopia...hio ndio one of the most useless countries ukanda huu and in afrika....in relation to TZ exporting gold, sijui nickel...hio mnaweza kwani mna hizo rasilimali lakini mbona hamtendi? kenya only recently discovered oil bt ndio hio we are soon to be exporters...
