David Ndii Na Msumari Wa Moto SGR Ya Kenya

Wachina wana akili sana. Usipokuwa makini wanakumimba mchana kweupeeeee tena hadharani.

13,000 km minus 7500km thats is hardly 1 in 5 is it? What's funny is to have a country presenting huge budget and yet its people cross over to the lower budget country just to get aspirin or panadol. Something must not be right.

Keep dreaming.
As we have informed you time and again, the average Kenyan has never tasted, eaten or seen anything from Tanzania.

We spend more on roads a year than you do in 5 years.
It's not only a matter of kilometres. Some of our roads, especially in cities, are few kilometres, but they are up to 6 lanes with many overpasses.

Travel a bit don't hide in that little strip from Mombasa to Kisumu known as Kenya. Tanzania is twice the size of Kenya and if you to take the desert in the north out of equation, Tanzania will be five times bigger than Kenya. With enormous size, we've managed to build 80% of our roads with internally sourced funds. Who funds Kenyan road? China I guess. But all in all, road is one part of the budget, you haven't convince me that the budget you presents lion share goes into development rather than Debt repayment.

Keep dreaming.

Kenya national statistics have those numbers. 44 flight a week, who do you think board those flights, goats and chicken. How many passenger vehicle cross over day, in fact go and count trucks in Nairobi - Namangan road. Punguzeni ujinga.

Since independence, there has never been any Tanzanian product in our shops or supermarkets.
Only last year did I start seeing some Azam juices, which now appear to have disappeared.
Now ask yourself how many Kenyan products, services or companies you've interacted with since you were born.

Lion's share goes to recurrent. Paying salaries, police etc.
A Kenyan teacher earns more than triple what a Tanzanian teacher earns.
That's why we need a big budget.

When you talk about 'debt repayment', you forget that this debt went into development in the first place. It's not like China will take the roads with them when they leave.
When it comes to loans, the only loss Kenya makes is on the interest, not on the principal.
We don't borrow to pay salaries. We borrow to build things.

Mtabaki FUKARA wa MAFUKARA with this type of mindset. Mutaambiwa mara ngapi we borrow coz a country like us we've got the capacity to do so?

Can you guys manage to raise a bond at the London Stock Exchange? NO you can't. Kwa hivyo deni haifai kukufanya ukose usingizi mzee! Hii ni Kenya, sio LDC ndugu

Ahaaa haaa haaa

You have borrow to pay the interest of another loans, not even paying the debt but paying interest. This has been going on for past five year. I heard some of your MPs have gone to enjoy world cup on taxpayer expense. And here you are lying to your teeth that your building roads and bridges which half of time they end up being washed away.

Parliament has its own recurrent budget. MPs did not dip their hands into the development budget to go to Russia.
And if I might interest you, government's are designed to exist forever. There is no one time that you will ever say that we've paid all loans.
You might finish paying one creditor, but another comes along.. forever.

Sometimes you take another loan to pay for a previous one, if the interest rate is favourable.
eg. if you took a loan at 10% from Bank A, then Bank B offers you a loan at 3% interest, you take a loan from B and pay off A, and then you end up servicing the smaller interest.
You will need to comprehend big economics to understand this concept.
Taking new loans to pay off debt is sometimes done for cost saving purposes... something your feeble mind will not understand.

Msikilize vizuri Ndii, haumii maneno anayosema? feasibility study, funderiser, construction and now operational under contractor and you pay for it and now you have already paid 8B KSH my God. Huoni uchungu!!!! unashangilia ujinga?
