Utasikia mengi sana lakini cha msingi na mazoezi na kuangalia mlo unaokula kila siku. Achana na vyakula vya kukaanga ( mara moja kwa week sio mbaya), kula sana michemsho, matunda na mboga kwa wingi, maji badala ya soda na hayo ma juice ( tengeneza juice mwenyewe kwa kukamua machungwa, maembe n.k) na cha msingi------ mazoezi, mazoezi, mazoezi

Sio lazima ujifanye Ikangaa, lakini jogging, tembea, na hata vitu kama push ups, sit ups nk ambavyo unaweza kufanya nyumbani.

Eeeeeeeeehh?.......................Tatizo hujui unachosema na kufanya rafiki yangu, wewe umepungukiwa taarifa nyingi sana na sahihi, rakini hakuna wa kukulaumu, ndivyo unavyo jua.......Asante???

Miaka miwili iliyopita nilipatwa na kisukari (diabetes 2) kutokana na uzito mkubwa pamoja na kitambi.

Lakini nilifanikiwa kuondoa kisukari kwa mazoezi bila kutumia dawa na mpaka saizi na zaidi ya Mwaka kila nikipima sukari ni normal.

Lakini tatizo ni kwamba kitambi bado hakijatoka kabisa.

Naomba msaada wa namna ya kumaliza kitambi bila kutumia madawa.

Dawa ya shida ya ni mazoezi tu!! Kwasababu ushaanza,kazana sana na kukimbia asubuhi au jion, nunua roller hii itakusaidia kwenye kukata tumbo, anza kuruka kamba kunywa maji ya kutosha na mwisho wa yote jali mlo wako/lishe!!
Kutumia madawa ni short cut ila inaweza ikawa ni long cut pia.
