East Africa capital cities: Dodoma vs Nairobi

I am Tanzanian,
Raised in DSM, worked in Mwanza, Arusha, previous Dodoma, and frequent visitor of Nairobi (thrice this year and stayed there for more than 6 weeks).
Visited the new Dodoma last week,
So believe me when I say dodoma is not close to DSM or Nairobi but its catching up very fast.
With the completion of Government City, Ring roads, SGR, the ICT university, and New Airport, then Dodoma will be ahead of Arusha and Mwanza.
Expect Dodoma to be ahead of DSM and probably Nairobi in the next 10yrs or so.

While you are high on steroids things are moving fast in Dodoma after the deja vu senses will surely return to you to behold the great Dodoma on the rise.

The GDP of your entire country is equal to Nairobi's GDP, but here you think a small town called Dodoma will be bigger than the economic powerhouse of East and Central Africa. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Dodoma would need to grow by about 100% annually to reach half the size of Nairobi by 2100.
