Sasa nikawa natafuta hiyo article kuna kitu nilikua nakumbuka kakisema
nilitaka ku share na watu wengine

Nikaanza kutafuta articles zake online....cha ajabu sikupata kitu

nikaingia kwa blog yake nikakuta haijawa updated since mwaka 2009

nikashangaa sana kwa kweli....

mtu huyu ambae ni maarufu kwa kukosoa saana wengine yeye mwenyewe

haoni huu ubabaishaji anao ufanya?

karne hii kweli unaweza fanya media related job na usipatikane online?

kabisaa? kazi zako watu wakitaka ku share wafanyaje?

au mtu akisafiri nje ya TZ anapataje articles zako?

Kama kuna mtu wa kumwambia amwambie na yeye aache ubabaishaji....

There is a thin line between individuals and ideas, you can't have one without the other.

I actually see more than an individual here.

There is a culture of not updating websites, back when I was learning Web Design in 1998, they had a name for these sites, they are not websites, they are "cobwebsites".

The University of Dar had such a disappointing website it made me question its position as the premier University in Tanzania.

But on the other hand, it is entirely possible that Mr. Kumwembe is doing this out of business concerns.

Perhaps he runs the risk of not getting enough readers on the print version if he uploads his articles online?

But then again, that would make sense if only the recent articles are not uploaded.

Perhaps he does not understand/ fully appreciate the potential of the web?

Kutoupdate websites inaonekana ni janga la kitaifa. Jana nilikuwa natafuta contact details za head of water resources department ya CoET,UDSM mpaka nikachoka. Website ya Chuo Kikuu cha Darisalama inatia aibu. Yaani ni aibu tupu. Sijui ICT staff wao wanafanya kazi gani pale.
