Mimi nilishawahi kuwa na weakness hiyo yaani ukiingia tuu Room mzee unamparamia mamaa then ukiangusha kamoja chalii unaanza kumzuga na story. Kwasasa ni tofauti kabisa baada ya kubadirisha life style kwanza nimepunguza unywaji wa pombe wa kila siku kwasasa nakunywa pombe W/end. Kila siku nina nusu saa ya kufanya mazoezi kukimbia na kuteketeza kitambi, pia nakunywa maji ya kutosha na nimejizuia kula mavyakula yenye mafuta sana, ukiachilia mbali mikuku ya kisasa na miyai ya kisasa.

Kwa sasa napata mrejeshonyuma chanya (Positive feedback)
