Fastjet vipi tena

Fastjet vipi tena

Nimeitumia fast jet mara nyingi. Labda niseme mara nyingi sana. Ila kiukweli last week nimeshuhudia what I have never seen tangu niwe mteja wa hii ndege for a year now. Hatukupata maelezo wala sababu.tukafika Dar almost saa sita. Wakati natoka nje..nikamwambia mhudumu..nadhani kesho itakuwa hivi hivi.....(maana nilikereka kweli) na kweli..kesho yake Jpili nilikuwa nasafiri kutoka Dar kuja KIA..ndege ilicheleweshwa almost one hour!

So guys..siyo kila anayelalamika anaichukia hii ndege..kwetu wengine..imetusaidia sana (naweza sema natumia fast jet return..mara tatu kwa mwezi...which are six trips! (jamani huo sio mpunga mchache) So..I should be the last person kulaumu hapa.

Kilichinikera ni kwamba ndege inachelewa..hata wahudumu hawajisomi..hakuna maelezo wala nini..its really disguisting! I hope Ed Winters na wenzake..wanatambua umuhimu wa customer care. But for sure..Fast jet wamefanikiwa kutengeneza client base..because of super time management..so I am dissapointed that..this trust is slowly getting wasted.

Kifupi..Fastjet jirekebisheni..muache longo longo za akina precision.

Fastjet wamekuja kubadilisha GAME ya airline industry kwa Tanzania, East, Central & Southern Africa, siku wakiingia Kenya wameimaliza Kenya Airways.

Kenya wanalijua hilo ndo maana wamekomaa hawataki kuwapa vibali jamaa wapige kazi.
Wanataka soko huria lakini wanasahau kama kwenye soko huria as a service provider you have to work yourself up to meet the expectations of the customers.
Ingawa Precision bado wanasua sua na madeni yao bado they have a chance to come up and rectify their mistakes. Waache wamalize madeni yao kwanza.

Fastjet announced this morning that it has signed an agreement that, “wholly removes Fly540 Kenya from the Fastjet Group.” This will probably mark an end to legal disputes that have frustrated Fastjet’s plans to penetrate Kenya’s air transport market.

“Disposing of our investment in Fly540 Kenya allows us to pursue our priority objective of creating Fastjet Kenya as a new entity,” said Ed Winter, Chairman and CEO of Fastjet.
Fastjet acquired Fly540 from its former owners, Lonrho Aviation, in 2012. The plan was to use Fly540 operating licences in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Angola to launch an Africa-wide low cost carrier. Kenya was very important to Fastjet’s strategy due to its bigger market compared to the other three Fly540 countries.
The Lonrho deal went smoothly in Tanzania, Ghana and Angola, but Fastjet was unable to take control of Fly540 Kenya due to court cases filed in Kenya and the UK. Fastjet quickly modified its strategy and began operations in neighboring Tanzania, where the first scheduled flight took off in November 2012. Fly540 Kenya continued operating independently and is even expanding its route network through a related airline, FlySax.
