2.molesting procurement laws on buying aircrafts for his white elephant air business project
3. Bold in doing no investigations on dissapearance of dissidents, abductions and tempted assasinations of a prominent political leader.
4. Bold and daring in bulldozing people's houses while there is a court order stopping that action, but with stubboness and arrogance keep on pulling down those houses leaving behind people hopeless
5. Bold on nepotism, putting a national treasurry under the custodianship of "his sisters son", assuring himself of getting whatever funds he has on his mind even if they are not on the national priorities, Building International airport to his own village-town
6. Bold on talking "shit" to the victims of calamities, Telling Earth quake victims that there wont be food or help from the government to them, "Kwani serikali ina shamba?, Kwani serikali ndiyo iliyoleta tetemeko?"
7. Bold on questioning mining contracts, but bold enough to forgive 425 Trillion Shillings to the supposedly a thief company and doing so without first apologizing to the general public which had so much expectations to that money to help alleviate their poverty.
By the way do you know how much 425 Shllings is worth of in equivalent terms?. It is worth building 17 SGR railways or 19 Bagamoyo harbours without needing a help of any investor!
9.Bold on enacting dubious laws, squeezing dissent, minimizing freedom of speech only to cow down to the World Bank which withheld funds until Statistic laws are redacted or changed, He obeyed this imperialistic tool but would close his ears, shut his eyes if the same voices emanate from his own people!. He care less about the voices of his voters in Dar es salaam, than the the voices coming from World bank in America!
10.He is bold to stop us from having Live broadcast of our Parliamentary sessions But to have him broadcast Live his own functions, simple as they could be such as swearing in low level officials

He is bold, very bold to give presidential pardon to the rapists, and the Economy Saboteurs but even bolder to let Men of God keep on rotting in Jail, Yes The Sheikhs are rotting in Jail today we are nearing the Fifth year, no trial nothing but they are behind bars, if this is not boldness then what is it?

Bold on buying political alliances, buying off opposition politicians in order to convey a message of "we are agreeing with him, he is doing a nice job, so we join him", Squandering taxpayers money for these dubious by-elections, Just imagine, as poor as we are, very little that we have, instead of going to education and healthcare, the money is used to buy off politicians and make fake rigged elections to reinstall them on their original posts. If this is not boldness what is this?. The man is indeed bold, isn't he?

He is really bold, Bold on not seriously employing four years on a row now, Bold on taking 15% deductions from Loansboard debtors regardless of no annual salary increments and tough business situations and the economy growing less than 6% in his tenure up to the moment. Bold on milking people isn't he?

Confiscating cashew nuts and Staying months and months without paying a penny to the farmers!. He is bold on throwing the move for a new constitution under the bus, he says he didn't promise it during campaign for presidency, but what he doesn't tell us is that the Constitution issue is in the CCM election Manifesto of which he brags to implement so hard, But again because The Man is so bold (of which you will soon talk about) he even rejects a promise of his own party which is infact a promise of his own indirectly.
Besides, the new constitution is a legal issue, There is a whole constitution amendment law which should be implemented and we all. know that the next phase on the implementation of this law is Peoples referendum, a vote procedure for people to accept Chenge draft or not. But it is obvious today that the big man has been so bold enough to prefer the old outdated 1977 version that gives him power to be a dictator.

Simply because these are the only full years of his administration. Next year by July or so the National Assembly will be dissolved readying the country for the General Elections.
Once he is re-elected next year I might have something to say then. Inshallah.
