This is the most despicable thread i have ever viewed here.
At first before rushing into clumsy Eugenic theory lets try and understand what a Gene is.
From a form three Biology Book "A Gene by definition is a basic physical and Functional Unity of Heredity"
Its a Biological feature passed from one generation to another, to the extent that it affects the physical and functional attributes of an entire successive generation. Its not an issue of choice, attributes like Skin Colour and Hair texture are Hereditary because they did not come by choice. If this genes are decisive in determining Intelligence of a Child at the Highest Rate which is 75% then The simple Logic would be: "If Intelligence is 75% Hereditary then there is a great likelihood that 75% of the worst choices you have made in your life are not your fault, and we shouldn't hold you accountable"
NB 1: If Intelligence is 75% hereditary then what's the point of putting much emphasis on Public Education when some people are already Pre-Destined to be failures in their lives ??? And on the other hand your theory says, If Malcom Lumumba is an Outstanding Economist, and his Wife is a Doctor, then two of their Children are likely to enjoy the benefit of being an Economist and A Doctor respectively without putting much efforts on it.
NB 2: If Intelligence is a GENETIC CONCEPT then even the Question of Free Will and Choice are mere fantasies. Plato and other Greek Philosopher propagated this madness which got buried deep in the hearts of Romans, that Some Men are born to rule while some are born to serve. And, it never worked, for the was a time in History when the Hunter became the hunted. There are plenty of examples from the time of Spartacus to the age of the American Revolution.
Intelligence is very, very, very complicated than what we can ever think of. And its not about going to school and getting A PhD, growing Banana Trees and receiving plenty of rain per anum. There are some Races, who for their entire lives have been living in Semi-Arid areas but have made a very significant scientific contributions to our world. Ancient Egyptians had the Nile but gave this world every mathematical formula men can ever understand, The Koi-San people living in the Kalahari desert and labelled as Uncivilized happens to be not so Uncivilized at all, for the gave us what is called The Hoodia Cactus Plant which happens to be a medicines that slows Metabolism Rate and a preserves bodily water levels. I
NB 3: I would argue otherwise, that the Kalahari people who have never had plenty of food happens to be more smart and Intelligent than people like Nyakyusa and Haya who have plenty of food. And why so??? Because of the simple logic that "Environmental Adversity forces the Desert Peoples survival instincts to be at TipToe"
On other scientific ground,
Genes may influence the Intelligence of a Child, but they are not decisive.
In our modern times many Psychologists have come to a common conclusion that Human intelligence has 8 facets:
1. Linguistic Intelligence (Word Smart)
2. Logical/Mathematical Intelligence (Number/Reasoning)
3. Spatial Intelligence (Picture Smart)
4. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence (Body Smart)
5. Musical Intelligence (Music Smart)
6. Interpersonal Intelligence (People Smart)
7. Intrapersonal Intelligence (Self Smart)
8. Naturalist Intelligence (Nature Smart)
And fortunately most of them have agreed that every Human Being possess at least one or two of these. Henceforth, it would be utterly stupid and despicable to float a stupid Eugenic Philosophy that some human beings are sharp witted, while other aren't. We cannot put people in the box and categorize them like any other species from the Animal Kingdom.
A Talented musician is as much as as Intelligent as the Prominent Mathematics Professor at Mlimani,

NB 4: If a Human Brain performs millions of mundane activities which even Scientists do not understand and comprehend, how can you conclude that Intelligence is 75% ??? Until today Scientists have failed to fully understand how a human brain works: For me, its just utterly stupid to make conclusions on topics which are not yet fully explored.

Hawana akili nyingi kama makabila ya juu yake but ukiacha wazanzibar na Wasambaa, hakuna kabila lolote Ukanda wa Pwani, kuanzia Tanga, Pwani, Morogoro, Lindi hadi Mtwara, lenye watu wazuri kama Waluguru. Tofauti inakuja ukiwalinganisha na mengine ya interior.

umetumia kigezo gani kushusha watu wa Lindi na Mtwara na kwapandisha warugulu? Binafsi sijaona mafaanikio ya warugulu kwashinda hao watu wa kusini ktk nyanja zote. Mara kadhaa hasa kipindi cha Ditopile mzuzuri akiwa mkuu wa mkoa wa Lindi, Lindi ilishika nafasi ya pili ki taifa, ktk matokeo ya mtihani. Ni kweli labda Lindi Na mtwara, hawako smart sana lkn si kwa kiwango cha kufananisha na watu wa maeneo ya rugulu. Si kimichezo, si kiutawala, si kibiashara. Hata hivyo kunamikoa hutengenezewa mazingira magumu makusudi na serekali, Lindi na Mtwara ni wahanga wa hayo mambo.

Being Sharp witted in the class does not guarantee that you are over-whole intelligent conversely failing in classes does not wholly guarantee that you are dumb: Although being sharp witted in the class can be a very good indication of Intelligence but still its not decisive. I repeat again, Intelligence is a very complicated phenomenon.
Would it avail you much graduating from college with a First Class and yet you still fail to live up your expectations ???
The most challenging aspect of knowledge is not acquiring it, but applying it. Many people with good grades fail to apply their knowledge in real life situations, and trust me from my experience in many Academic Institutions i've witnessed it.
But people within the street whose lives are mostly at state are likely to have major breakthroughs in their lives, because at every moment they are compelled to fight and hustle or perish at the mercy of nature or social classes.
And if most of us fail in life because we have a very wrong understanding of concepts such as Intelligence and Education.
Education is the systematic acquisition of knowledge which taps into human Intelligentsia by building Theoretical Knowledge which in relation to cognitive ability can become contingent to Practical and Analytical Knowledge. Henceforth, education is all about building Theoretical Knowledge in relation to Cognitive Skills essentially aimed at building Practical Knowledge. And we must not forget the fact that every type of Education must tap into human Intelligentsia be it:
- Mathematical Knowledge (Number Smart)
- Musical Knowledge (Music Smart)
- Spatial Knowledge (Picture)
NB 1: Psychologists gave a very shocking testament in one of the Book that an Average Human Being can posses at least 450 Different Variety of Talents while some can posses up to 500 Different Variety of Talents. This means that, somewhere within your Brain there is El-Dorado (Land of Gold) which is yet to be discovered. Therefore, we must encourage our Children to try different stuffs they would love to. Intelligence is Natural but also it needs nurture.
Adolf Hitler failed in School and was financially incarcerated, until he came to discover that he's smart enough to start World War II: The World learned a very painful lesson that you don't need to go to school to be smart. Adolf Hitler has what i may come to categorise as Linguistic Intelligence and Interpersonal Intelligence. Professor Jordan Peterson a prominent Psychologist from Harvard University says "Hitler was an Emotional Orator who upon speaking appealed to the anguish of the German masses" It needs one with the Highest Level of Interpersonal Intelligence (Extroverts) to mobilise the whole country into such a dreadful, WWII. Intelligence is very complex my friend......!
NB 2: Intelligence is not Hereditary my friend because it is influenced by many factors above genetics. And some people from the Left would argue that, such Theories are only aimed at down-looking Humanity by creating unnecessary classes within the Society. This is done deliberately because when a mean White Man tells you that Intelligence is 75% Hereditary and you agree, then the common conclusion is that We Black Men will always be at the bottom of the food chain. But unfortunately i've seen some Black People who are extremely Intelligent than you could possibly comprehend.
And if Intelligence was Hereditary then MALCOM LUMUMBA could have been Extremely Intelligent because his mother is an Extra-Ordinary Human Being (Very very Intelligent). But unfortunately i've never had any her brains and had to struggle really hard to be where I am today.

Nilidhani nikujibu kwa lugha uliyotumia but nikagundua, nitashindwa kufikidha kwa ubora kwa wote wabaopitia mabandiko yetu humu.

Nmekuelewa ndugu yangu, lakini tukijikita kwenye hiyo hoja inamaanisha jamii zile ambazo zinasemekana kuwa nyuma kuliko zingine hazina uwezo mkubwa wa kuendelea kwasababu ni matatizo ya vizazi. NB: Wachina wanafanya vizuri darasani kwasababu wana sera Bora za Elimu kuliko wazungu. Prof Ian Morris kwenye kitabu chake cha WHY THE WEST RULES FOR NOW anasema kwamba Uchina ni jamii ambayo tokea miaka 5000 iliyopita ilikuwa inatilia mkazo sana kwemye Elimu. Kupenda kusoma na kuendelea iko kwenye Utamaduni wa wachina. Bunduki ya Kwanza kabisa kuonekana dunia ilionekana karne ya 11 uchina.
Zheng He ambaye alikuwa ni Baharia wa Kichina alifika Zanzibar na Pwani ya Africa Mashariki miaka 90 kabla ya Vasco Da Gama.
