What followed was the arrest of members and leaders of the party across the country and their detention at various centres and to date no charges have been brought against them, right?

Since you asked so politely, I will give you a few examples of where you erred. For starters, the first sentence is all rubbish. Your use of the word "we" is inappropriate.

Your don't seem to have any idea of when to capitalise a word and when not to. You capitalise a word in the middle of your sentence and then you start a sentence with a lower case. Instead of explaining why " Major Opposition Party " is grammatically wrong you have just replaced it with words that have no relation to it.

There is no connection between Main Political Party ( a title that even the most ardent of Chadema supporters would not lay claim to) and Major Opposition Party. Heading to be a "Notorius......Terrorist party? That sentence just makes one cringe and I really can't even begin to explain how bad it is.
