Has Madam President Samia Suluhu Hassan declared total war against CHADEMA, the major Opposition Party in Tanzania?

Has the Tanzanian President unleashed the reign of terror just like her predecessor by use of a police force armed to the teeth vs Chadema?

The Leader of the major opposition Party, Freeman Aikaeli Mbowe, is in jail facing trumped up charges of terrorism!

Several members and leaders of his party across the country are rotting in jail just for calling for constitutional reforms!

The Police are breaking into the party offices across the country without search warrants and taking with them whatever what they can find!

And now party offices are being razed to the ground by police as evidenced in this video in Kigoma...something that is completely unacceptable!

Is this the legacy that President Samia Suluhu wants to be remembered by? If so, what's in store for the opposition in Tanzania?
May be this terror comes from this statement!!

And that is your problem

thinking uko right na unajua sana kinachoendelea

people are still healing from the Magu hangover na mnalazimisha hasira

let us breathe

there are so many ways to be revenant, sio kila wakati shaking abs spinning like headless chicken
Have no idea what you're jabbering about!

You say "that is my problem", but you have no guts to refute what you think is wrong about a " problem"

What is this about "healing" you're writing about? Who is wasting time with healing? People were relieved for the demise of the dictator, and yet you shamelessly come here and talk about healing; are you out of your mind?

Now you go and tell your 'Maza' Mizinguo', she has wasted a golden chance. If she wants 'reverence' as you seem to think, she should not indulge herself with "revenant" individuals.

Reading that last line of your posting above, I am convinced you have no clue of what idea you are attempting to convey to the reader of the posting.
Isn't that a problem to you!

the times have changed

These are not the days of "upende usipende" a government that fights its citizen never wins..

After listening her keenly during the interview i can vehemenrly conclude that she is taking us for a ride!

The chery-picking of the judiciary appointees especially in the light of "Mwendazake" is furtherance of intimidation by the state..! The judiciary must become unbowed if it is to keep its independence! But guess what does this really happen?

We are watching, any impunity to our beloved motherland can't be taken lightly. And hence why they want to cling into power by hook or crook

And now the government is further underscoring the nonsensical"tozo za kizalendo" and find that it was never a popular initiative to begin with .

Very interesting.
Very impressed with the way you are trying to Make everyone here accept your ideas as Facts at same time You’re belittling others’ contributions.
Stupid is as stupid does.

Of course "the times have changed", why, weren't you aware of that?

And you want me to believe that they have changed for the benefit of the oppressor?

You cannot be any blind than that if you think your 'Maza Mizinguo" will have a chance to imitate the dictator and survive in these new changed times!

You can't be serious. What contributions of ideas are made by the listed individuals. Are you a new member in this forum?

Have you read all the comments dropped ?? You need to be responding with facts not just words to add more pages on this topic.

It’s fun to have someone who count him/herself right all the time to the extent that he is now trying to convince everyone here that list is legit and dependable. By the way, I think, Mbowe will be detained for a while until the Authority confirms that he is not guilty.

CHADEMA should try to find a way better to use to push constitutional agenda to bring awareness to people instead of calling for riots and unrest Juts incase the Government is not endorsing it.

You're "allover the place"!

What are you writing about: Mbowe being detained for a while, reading all the comments dropped, more pages on this topic, fun to have someone who count him/herself right all the time..., etc, etc?

What is the "fun to have someone who counts him/herself right all the time to the extent that he is now trying to convince everyone here that list is legit and dependable"?
-how do you know this someone "counts himself/herself right all the time"? Do you have a relationship with that "someone"?
  • what makes you think, the individual is "trying to convince everyone here", did you speak to the individual and tell you that is what he/she intends to do?
  • what knowledge do you have on the list to conclude whether it is legit or not?

Your thoughts on CHADEMA are just thoughts, and nothing more. They have no bearing whatsoever with the outcomes you are predicting here.
Finally, where did you get this notion of CHADEMA calling for "riots" if not being a figment of your imagination? Besides, you should know better, that it is not CHADEMA's responsibility alone to "push for constitutional agenda". This is a responsibility of the people of Tanzania as a whole.

She is just retaliating what you dumps been doing on the public to disrespect her reign. Your leader’s statement on calling for Constitutional reform was bit harsh and disrespectful to Presidency Office.

Now let you drink from your pride and ego! Mbowe and his allies lost their direction when they started forcing the president to endorse the constitution reformation. Peace over everything [emoji482]

So politics is nonesense

Conclusively... we need constitution reform (this is not for the benefit of opposition part hii ni kwaajili yetu wananchi baada ya kuutafakari na kuona kunaumuhimu wa kufanya amendment kwenye vipengele vikubwa na vya muhimu kwaajili ya Tanzania yetu ya kesho) na pia tunaomba tozo zitolewe sisi pia ni wazalendo tunaipenda nchi yetu lakini haliyetu ya kiuchumi haiwez kumudu tozo zote hizi)

Naomba kuwasilisha

First and foremost, let us forget and delete all historical issues and thoughts here! CHADEMA is no longer a major opposition party in Tanzania. That status ceased with the 2020 General Election. That status is usually seen and portrayed in Parliaments operating on Commonwealth style!

Currently, this is my take on the issue for the sole purpose of putting records straight before embarking on the core issue or topic of this thread.
