Mimi sina ujinga huo wakujisifia kujua kiingereza of course mimi nimeishi ulaya muda mrefu sana tu na hiyo lugha naijua lakini siwezi kusema kwamba kiingereza ndiyo kigezo cha kuwa na elimu au kuelimika bali ni lugha kama kimakonde tu ila wewe umeaminishwa kuwa ukijua kiingereza basi umeelimika which is not the case! Mimi hata kiswahili kinanipa shida kujieleza mbele ya kadamnasi mkuu.

Sisi pia tumekulia hapa na hatuoni kama superior language .ila mtu akichukua phd ya elimu yoyote kwa kimakonde hatutarajii awe anaongea kimakonde cha hovyo walau kwa kiwango flani ,sasa prof amesomea english kama media from form four hadi phd anasema '''.....your going to stay on the cell until you provide serious explanation...''

During 1993–1997 she went to University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where she obtained a PhD in educational psychology, major in educational statistics & measurement and evaluation.[2]

  • From 2000 to 2005 she was the senior lecturer at the University of Dar Es Salaam teaching educational measurement and evaluation, research methods, and educational statistics, supervising dissertation of the students.[3][2]
  • From 2014 to date she has been the associate professor and deputy head researcher at Agha Khan University Institute for Educational Development, East Africa [2][3]

Waziri wangu mpendwa naona either kaamua kuongea kiswahili chenyewe ila kwa kiingereza au kaamua tu kutamka maneno ya kiingereza.

Hizo hesabu alijifunza kwa kiswahili au alipokuwa anafundisha alifundisha hesabu primary school??, hiyo siyo hoja, hoja ni hii kwamba kujua lugha ni kipaji naye hana kipaji cha lugha ya kiingereza, ndivyo mungu kamuumba hivyo.
