The Palestinian Authority did have an armed police force that was approved by the Oslo Accords. It was largely devastated by Israeli attacks and it is now is a barely functioning entity.

If a paramilitary police force was attacked by the Israeli Defense Force, it’s a reasonable assumption to believe that any fully functioning military would receive the same treatment.

Kwanza kabisa lazma ujue kuwa kwa sasa palestina siyo nchi, bali ndiyo inapigania kwenye umoja wa mataifa ili ipewe title ama kutambuliwa kama nchi

Ndiyo maana kwa sasa huitwa "Mamlaka ya palestina" na siyo "nchi ya palestina".

Nchi yao walishanyang'anywa na wayahudi (Israel) tangu tar 14 mwezi May mwaka 1948 (siku ambayo israel ilijitangazia uhuru wao kam taifa rasmi).

Kwa hiyo, kwa sasa jeshi rasmi yaani (national army) hakuna.

Ila tu kuna kikundi cha wapiganaji cha "Hamasi" ndo hutumika kama jeshi la palestina ambapo kikundi hcho cha wapalestina cha hamasi hutazamwa na israel kama kundi la kigaidi maana huwalenga wayahudi.

As part of the Oslo Accords, the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) was authorized to recruit and train a police force with paramilitary capabilities, but was not permitted to have a military force. Since the signing of the Oslo Accords, these forces operate in areas controlled by the PNA. In 2003, the organizations were merged into the Palestinian Security Services. The agreements provide Israel with the right to review potential recruits and withhold approval of those with a terrorist background. From the late 1990s, the CIA played the central role in building up PA security forces, in close co-operation with the Israeli military and intelligence. After the killing of three US officials in the Gaza strip in 2003, British forces played an increasingly active role.
In short, no. Palestine does not have an army, navy or airforce.
Palestine is not a country. Secondly, both Hamas and the so-called “moderate” PLO are terrorist organizations.
Lastly, Palestine is under military occupation by capacity of Israel. Israel would NOT permit it to have a military, under the Geneva conventions.
