The base of Suso's move to Sevilla is an 18-month loan with option to buy that would become obligatory under certain conditions. Few details remain to be systemized but the parties are working on finding the final agreement

Ibrahimovic could have a rest tomorrow in the Italian Cup against Torino, alongside Ante Rebic, Kris Piatek could find space from the first minute.
Leao, not great against Brescia, should start from the bench.

Meeting will take place between Milan and Rodriguez's agents at Casa Milan to take stock of his situation. Napoli want him on loan but Milan refuse to give the player away without inserting an obligation to buy

AC Milan have placed an offer to try and sign Racing Club playmaker Matias Zaracho before the transfer deadline, a report claims.

Zaracho is a name that the Rossoneri have been linked with since the beginning of the summer, as well as a couple of agent Augustin Jimenez’s other clients in Angel Correa and Rodrigo De Paul.

Gianluca Di Marzio reported last week that Zaracho was offered to Milan by Jimenez, having scored three goals and added one assist in 15 league games this season.

According to the latest from Argentine journalist Julian Mazzara, Paolo Maldini has spoken with the 21-year-old’s entourage and has made an offer of €15m plus bonuses to sign the playmaker.

Mazzara adds that Milan want him to sign before the end of the month, but that Zaracho’s release clause with Racing is set at €22million.

The Wilde-born youngster predominantly plays in behind the strikers as an attacking midfielder, but can also play on either wing, versatility that may be of use to Stefano Pioli.

Suso’s time at AC Milan appears to have come to an end for the time being at least, as the Rossoneri are closing to completing a deal with Sevilla for the Spaniard.

Suso was an unused substitute during Milan’s 4-2 extra time win over Torino in the Coppa Italia on Tuesday night, with the build-up to the game having been dominated by rumours he is set to return to LaLiga.

According to what we have been told by Vito Angele, the 26-year-old is ‘one step away’ from completing a loan move to Sevilla which will include an option to buy that becomes an obligation under certain conditions.

According to what Gianluca Di Marzio meanwhile (via MilanNews.it), the operation between Milan and Seville for Suso may already be concluded tomorrow on the basis of an 18-month, and the option to buy would become obligation if the Andalusian club qualify for the Champions League this season.

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli believes his side’s fighting spirit and intensity allowed them to reach the final four of the Coppa Italia.

The Rossoneri completed a comeback to beat Torino 4-2 after extra time and book their place in the semi-finals.

Giacomo Bonaventura got the scoring underway with a close range finish, but a double from Torino centre-back Bremer saw the away side leading until the first minute of added time at the end of the 90.

Hakan Calhanoglu – off the bench as Milan’s final substitute – equalised with a fantastically taken strike form distance, and he did the same again early in the second period of extra time to give Milan the lead.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s goal two minutes later sealed the Rossoneri’s passage into the final four, where a two-legged tie with Juventus awaits.

Pioli spoke to Rai Sport after the game, and his words were transcribed by MilanNews.it.

“A beautiful game. We played well, we didn’t deserve to be behind in the second half. We had to end the first half with more goals. The team has an incredible spirit. We had a difficult but deserved turn in fortune,” he said.

“In the other matches we conceded too many chances, tonight we gave Toro the bare minimum. On the first goal immediately there was a carelessness. The team was compact and worked well. I am also very happy with the intensity it has put in and the quality. Tonight we created many scoring chances.”

On Rebic: “He had another excellent performance, he works hard for the team and has quality in games. He is a rediscovered player.”

On Calhanoglu: “I have many players available, the important thing is to be a team, then the qualities of the singles can help us win the games.

“We cannot play with five forwards, four are already many. The important thing is to enter with the right approach and with balance.

“The games can also be resolved with the subs who enter the game in progress, I have many solutions. We can be more effective in front of goal.”

On Piatek: “I believe in the players I have available. There is a moment of decline. But we must continue to work well, the season is long.”

On the semi-final against Juve: “We will face the strongest team in Italy, but they are not unbeatable. Now let’s think about the championship. Let’s stay focused and think about one game at a time.”

AC Milan managed to secure a spot in the semi-finals of Coppa Italia, beating Torino by four goals to two after extra-time at the San Siro. Down below are the player ratings.

Donnarumma (7): He was called into action on multiple occasions this evening, due to the nature of the game. No extraordinary saves, but he did what he had to do and continued his good form. Couldn’t do anything on the goals.

Conti (6.5): Could have been a bit more involved in the final phase of the attack, but was solid defensively and in the build-up. Obviously, as Hernandez is pushing forward all the time, he needs to take a step back.

Kjaer (6): Shaky start but eventually got the hang of it. Although he clearly lacks pace, he made a few crucial blocks to keep his side in the game. Still some work to do, but promising nevertheless.

Romagnoli (7): A good performance overall by the captain, but on a few occasions he made some poor decisions. As said, though, he didn’t commit any serious mistakes and was solid at the back. Always the leader in the build-up.

Hernandez (6.5): The Frenchman still has pace, but he lacked a bit of composure this evening. In extra-time, he missed a fantastic chance to give Milan the lead, one-on-one against the goalkeeper.

Castillejo (7.5): Another good performance from the Spaniard, although he didn’t get on the scoresheet. One assist, though, and he was heavily involved in Ibrahimovic’s goal. He continues to convince, in other words.

Krunic (6): The Bosnian did well in the defensive and build-up phase, but really should have done better in attack. Had a few chances and squandered them all, but as mentioned, he did well besides that.

Bennacer (7.5): Once again, along with Romagnoli, he directed the play and did so very well. Although he misplaced a few passes, he really kept the tempo of the game, and it seemed he was never going to stop running.

Bonaventura (6): He managed to get on the scoresheet, slotting home Rebic’s cross, being at the right place at the right time. However, other than that, he didn’t have a big impact on the game.

Piatek (5.5): It really wasn’t his night. As we have seen before this season, he just didn’t get the balls he wanted and although he was fairly decent at creating space for Rebic, he was rightfully substituted.

Rebic (7.5): The Croatian proved – once again – that he deserves a spot in the starting eleven. He worked tirelessly and created chances as well, perhaps he should have even scored one. Assisted Jack’s goal in a beautiful manner.

Substitutes

Ibrahimovic (6): The Swede replaced Piatek in the second half and didn’t have much impact on the game either, although he did have chances. Missed an absolute sitter from close range and even though he eventually scored, he wasn’t particularly good.

Leao (6.5): Added a spark to the team and looked a bit more unselfish. In a similar fashion to Ibra, whom he assisted, the impact wasn’t huge but at least he made the right choices for the team.

Calhanoglu (8 – MOTM): The Turk came on with nine minutes to go and was placed in a central role. One minute into injury time, he scored the equaliser with a composed strike. In extra-time, he scored the decisive goal to put Milan ahead and was clearly the MOTM.

Kessie (7): The Ivorian added some defensive strength and energy to the side in the final minute. Assisted Hakan’s second goal with a lovely ball and with what was his first touch of the game.
