Like seriously can a management team amend the WBS of a designed project? Do these people understand contract consideration and the significance of WBS in the first place.
I can understand the weakness on supervision matrix from TANESCO’s side just by listening to those two bozzos (i.e the minister and TANESCO’s M.D) it just reveals their level of incompetence on managing the project as clients. Nonetheless there are more serious problems than we originally thought on the clients management side.
Just clueless people on how to be up to date on the percentage of work done on weekly basis; yaani utegemee facts za mwezi uliopita kuongelea mradi ulipo wewe kama mkurugenzi the nonsense I heard is beyond me.
Hivi hawa watu wanafikiaje hizi nafasi wakati uelewa wao wa maswala ya management ni mdogo sana at senior level, halafu kwenye shirika ambalo very technical kulisimamia on everyday basis.

So entry zake kusoma degree za engineering Brunel ni very competitive tofauti na degree zingine; mie binafsi nimepita hapo at the time I wasn’t taking studies serious in my late teens nikaishia kati kuna jamaa nilikuwa nakutana nae maktabs anaishi Reading zama hizo nikadhani ni wewe (there were not many studying computer engineering at the time).
Sasa kusema Brunel ipo Cowley, wakati chuo kipo Uxbridge karibu kabisa na Hillingdon ulipokuwa unaishi shows how pathetic you are if anything nimekukuza tu kusema umesoma engineering Brunel.
Hayo mengine ya project costs sio size yako, trust me yaache.
Mkuu isijekuwa wewe ulikuwa mnufaika wa hizo unazoita WBS kwa sababu licha ya Wewe kutoandika kirefu cha WBS umeishia kutoa povu tuu.

Hakuna Project Manager/Supervisor wa mradi hadi M.D awe in charge wa moja kwa moja happy site?Watu hawajui ata namna ya ku monitor the development of the project.
How does an M.D waits until a month has past before being aware on the project development ain’t that stupid.

Ila hujamuelewamtoa mada, yeye shida yake ipo kwa MD TANESCO tu..... mradi wenyewe kuanzia tendering process, hadi upatikanaji wa mkandarasi ni zoezi questionable hadi leo, makampuni lukuki yenye uzoefu wa miaka mingi na financial powers walitaka kufanya huu mradi kwa gharama hizo hizo, kilichofanyika anajua Magu. Matokea yake, mkandarasi akicheleweshewa fedha kidogo tu, kazi zinalala, subcontractors hawalipwi kwa wakati, etc.
Tanzania hakuna meritocracy, viongozi wengi wanafikia hapo kwa Majungu, Fitna na Wizi, hivi huyu Waziri wa tanesco ni nchi gani Dunia hii angeweza kuwa Waziri hata tu a group leader of any project ? Hata Mafiosini wale wanaopanda vyeo siyo kwa ufanisi bali ni Fitna na Majungu.
Huyu Kiongozi wenu hatoshi kabisa na hivyo hata anaowachagua pia hawatoshi ni Fitna, Majungu na Visasi badala ya ufanisi.

Hujanielewa bado. Ukifanya kazi na mkandarasi toka Asia na Afrika, asipolipwa, na wewe subcontractor hakulipi, hivi ndio kati ya vitu vinavyochelewesha mradi wa Rufiji, hata mradi wa Reli.Saizi fedha sio tatizo kama awamu ya Mwendazake.
Huu mradi unaweza kukamilika 2030,Nimemsikiliza waziri,akilinganisha pesa alizolipwa mkandarasi katika mwaka mmoja wa SSH,na huko nyuma.
Pia mkandarasi abaye ni Arab Contractor ni taasisi ya serikali ya Misri ana mapungufu mengi mno,kalalamikiwa sana na Waziri Mkuu enzi za mjomba Magufuli hadi utawala huu wa Mama Samia.
Bado kuna huyo project consultant nae ni big issue.Utadhani amewekwa mfukoni na Mkandarasi.
Tanesco sio wa kumlaumu sana,tumesikia wanasiasa ndio wana kauli ya management ya Tanesco kila mara inabadirishwa.
Lakini yote haya mapungufu na kucheleweshwa mradi kukamilika,yawezekana yametokana na watawala kudhani mkandarasi huyo kujaza wataalamu wamisri wenye madegree ya Daktari kibao ndio kipimo au sifa kuu ya mkandarasi,hawakujua Misri hata bouncer ana degree tatu.
Niambie meritocracy ya Bashite, Sabaya, Lugola, Chalamila, Kindamba, Kichere
Bwana matusi. Hata hiyo WBS unayoongelea inaelekea umekariri tu. Hivi huwezi kutoa maoni yako bila matusi? Inaelekea wewe ni kati ya watu wasiojua vitu vizuri lakini wanataka kujionyesha kwamba wanajua.
