How can one building overtake jhb though , ya need 100 of those buildings to be what you think you are . like jhb is not building anything even though its building at a faster rate. google this places they are north of jhb eg sandton , midrand , Rosebank , fourways n north east modderfontein , mewdowdale and come back n compare that one building with massive construction happening.jhb will remain the hub of this continent till end of time .
