Wakenya acheni kulumbana mitandaoni, zimebakia wiki mbili na nusu mfanye uchaguzi, huu ni wakati wa kampeni za mwisho mwisho mtasikia mengi sana wakati huu. Kinachotakiwa ni kuhakikisha kuwa kura zenu hazipotei, iwapo zitahesabiwa na mkaonekana mmeshinda, naamini dunia haitakaa kimya tena kuachia Mungiki achukue nchi kwa nguvu.

I was watching this thread from afar seeking not to comment but some things you say make me wonder.

Let me ask you thus....Is it true that CJ was blocked from flying out? (Yes!), is it true that he got a
threatening letter? (Yes he did!) did Gichangi call him and apologize for the small hick up? (Yes he did!)
So where is the cheap publicity?

Personally, I don't believe that Uhuru Kenyatta or anybody under his instructions wrote this letter but
the fact of the matter is that...there is a letter to deal with. There is a serious current need to institute
police reforms in Kenya as is reflected by this matter which I can tell you will go unsolved.

I must admit I did resort to flowery language for which I apologize. I feel ashamed for you; the comeback: fanaticism dogs et all. Mine is what in my profession we call an a fortiori argument. From our interactions, I hope you will realize that I will stand by what I think is right and my decision is not driven my prevailing sentiments. Lastly, the assumption that you can tell my tribe simply by looking at who I support is insulting. I will repeat, thanks to the provisions in the new constitution I am now a Kenyan citizen! However, I was not born in Kenya, but I lived in Kenya and was educated there up to primary level before I left to attend high school and university in my country of birth. If I was to settle for a candidate that is from my tribe, the bearded comedian would be my candidate.

My support for Raila Odinga is unwavering and yes I am CORDED. I support Raila Odinga because when he was languishing in the Nyayo Torture Chambers, Uhuru Kenyatta was eating cake in the Kenyattas' mansions.

Raila Odinga has been in the forefront in the struggle for multiparty politics, the new constitution and our second liberation. He has paid the price for standing up to the Mois, Kenyattas and Kibakis of this world and is the only true statesman and national politician in the race. He is my candidate of choice, a figure that is respected on the continent and is the symbol of the struggle for freedom from the neocolonial class.

Kenya is still a colony as long as the Kenyattas, Kibakis and Mois are at the helm. The three families own millions acres of land and billions of shillings that they have fleeced from our country from independence and the naivety tag is applicable if you truly believe that they are out to reform the system. Do not be their foot soldiers!

Chief Justice Willy Mutunga fears for his life

Chief Justice Willy Mutunga has said attempts to threaten and intimidate the Judiciary will fail and that he is ready to sacrifice his life in defence of the Constitution. Dr Mutunga said he had received a "poison-pen letter" from the Mungiki Veterans Groups/Kenya Sovereignty Defence Squad making all manner of threats against judges, ambassadors and himself.

The letter warns against an adversarial ruling on the presidential and deputy presidential candidacy of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto. Dr Mutunga said Head of Public Service Francis Kimemia's attempt to block him from traveling outside the country was politically motivated and an emerging trend of intimidating judges as the country heads to elections is worrying.

The CJ said he was stopped by an immigration officer from traveling to Tanzania who insisted that he could not travel unless he is cleared, by Kimemia. Listen more from the horse's mouth:

i was beginning to understand you till in your family list you intentionalluy left out odinga and molasses plant. We know who is responsible for the poverty in nyanza. The question remains, why has the immigration official been suspended yet Kimemia is still in office? He was working under the express orders of Kimemia? Wapi hao walisema otherwise?
