Am not sure, but we will never get to know the financial performance of the tz airline. I guess its like a parastatal so some info will be hidden. Unlike Kq which is publicly quoted and has to bare it all. Even strategy is made public to the joy of competitor airlines.

Of course at some point ATC will have to sales some shares as part of wealth trickle down policy which is going on in Tanzania right now. Company with certain amount of capital has to off load some of its shares to the public. So even ATC at some point will have sale a potion of its equity.
