Je Unakunywa Juice za Mixed Fruits?...

Jana nilikuwa nasikiliza RFA kulikuwa na kipindi cha Afya, kuna jamaa wa dizaini kama ya Dr Ndodi, wanapima magonjwa kwa kutumia mashine inayoitwa Quantum ambayo ina uwezo wa kuainisha magonjwa mengi yanayomsumbua mtu, kwa kushika handle fulani kama 'mouse' inayoingia kwenye computer hiyo. Baada ya hapo wanauza dawa za aina ya vyakula ili kutibu magonjwa yaliyoonekana kwa mgonjwa.

Kilichonishitua ni kwamba walifika mahala wakawa wanataja vitu vinavyopelekea mtu kuwa na Uric acid nyingi mwilini, wakasema kuwa ulaji wa matunda mchanganyiko KWA MUDA MMOJA ni source kubwa na mbaya sana ya Uric acid!

Walisema wale wauzaji wa matunda wanaokata chungwa, embe, papai, pesheni, avocado, tango, ndizi etc, na kukuzia kwenye sahani waogope kama ukoma, maana wanakuletea sahani ya kifo.
Walieleza kuwa kinachotakiwa ni kula tunda la aina moja lililopo kwenye msimu, basi na si kula matunda mchanganyiko.

Najiuliza, kuna packed juice za mixed fruit, aidha huko majumbani tunablend na kunywa juice za kuchanganya matunda, je ndio tunajimaliza?
 
Mkuu kama ni hivyo basi wengi sana tupo kwenye mtumbwi uliotoboka, nyumbani ni juice mchanganyiko mtaani matunda mchanganyiko duh.

hapo umeongea maana hawa raia washaona wabongo ni wavivu kufikiria usinikumbushe ya ndodi na ndimu kutibu malaria...

Kusema ukweli mimi mwenyewe nilishtuka sana, maana kawaida mchana huwa nakula matunda tu, na huwa ni hayo ya mixed fruits...on serious note niko njipanda ukizingatia saa 6 ndo hii hapa!....huh!

Inabidi sasa kila mtu aingie chimbo kujua ukweli ama uongo wa jambo hili, maana vinginevyo wajinga ndio waliwao.

Duh hii kali tule nini sasa.

usile mkuu maana unapokula ndio unajiweka karibu na kifo, bacteria wanazaliwa kwenye uwepo wa maji maji na vyakula..... Tena wengne ni hatari... Vyakula vingi vinawekwa mbolea zenye sumu na hata yale madawa ya kuhifadhia vyakula nayo sumu. Hebu fikiria mashine za kusaga huwa zinaisha, unafkri vyuma vinaenda wapi kama havijimix kwenye unga!
Usile mkuu, kama unajipenda say no to misosi.

Mkuu hapa umeniacha njia panda. Mi mchana huwa napiga hii makitu pia kwa imani ya kuuweka mwili imara kupambana na Nyagi nitakayomimina jioni. Sasa kama ndio hivi tena..... hebu Madaktari Riwa, MziziMkavu, na TIMING mkuje pande hii mturudishie imani yetu kwenye matunda.
