Hivi mamatery aliishia wapi na juice zake za maganda ya viazi na manyoya ya kuku?
 
Hao waganga ndio waongo kupindukia. Wanajua watanzania wengi ni wavivu kusoma vitabu na kutafuta habari. Huwa nasikiliza habari zao huku nacheka sana. Walishawahi kusema(kwenye TV) ukichovya tango kwenye asali ukala ni sumu kali sana! Mimi hapo hapo mbele ya familia yangu nikawaambia waniletee tango na asali kwenye chupa,nikachovya nikala. Sikupatwa na chochote mpaka leo!. Wao ndio wa kuwaogopa kama ukoma kwani wengi wao nimeona ni waganga njaa tu!. Ingekuwa hivyo kusingekuwa na mixed fruit juices,mixed fruit jam,mixed fruit pudding,mixed fruit salads etc kwenye hotels nyingi kubwa duniani na mashirika ya viwango na taasisi mbalimbali yakaziwacha zitumike!

mimi siwashangai hao wanaojiita madaktari (feki), nashangaa ni vipi wanaweza kupata air-time ya saa1 au zaidi na kurushwa kupitia tv station zetu tena zile zenye watazamaji wengi. Ina maana hatuna wahariri wa vipindi kama hivi ambavyo content yake inagusa afya ya mwananchi moja kwa moja? Maana kama una akili yako utagundua kwamba asilimia 90 ya wanayosema ni ***** na sio fact. Kwa mujibu wa baiolojia na sayansi ya kilimo, kuna ukweli fulani kwenye statement ya hao jamaa, ila with exceptions. Nafafanua.

  1. Matunda kama matufaa (najua unashangaa hili jina, ni Kiswahili), machungwa, Mananasi na maembe yana citric tinndikali nyingi zenye viwango vya kutofautiana. Yakichanganywa hayo niliyoyataja na kufanya juisi basi lazima kuwe na madhara, yanaweza yasiwe ya muda huo huo (slow death), hasa vidonda vya tumbo. Waliosoma kilimo na baiolojia kidogo wanajua hili.
  2. Tunda kama parachichi ambalo halina tindikali, ila lina mafuta, likichanganywa na ndizi mbivu au tikiti ama mojawapo ya matunda ya hapo juu na kutengeneza juisi kunakuwa hakuna madhara, kwa sababu 'Chemical composition' za mchanganyiko huu ni anuwai. Hii ndio exception ambayo nimeitaja kwenye utangulizi, kwa hiyo ni vema kuzingatia uchaguzi wa matunda wakati wa kusaga juisi ama wakati wa kula matunda yenyewe.
  3. Ni kweli kwamba yale matunda mchanganyiko yanayouzwa njiani ni sahani ya kifo, hasa unapochanganyiwa matunda ya kundi namba moja hapo juu (maembe, matufaa, mananasi au machungwa).

Nadhani hapa angalau kidogo unasomeka.
Waganga hao walikazia kuwa kwa kula mixed fruits unazalisha uric acid nyingi sana kuliko inayopatikana kwenye nyama za mbuzi etc, na matokeo ni gouts na ikizidi ni kifo.
 
Kusema ukweli mimi mwenyewe nilishtuka sana, maana kawaida mchana huwa nakula matunda tu, na huwa ni hayo ya mixed fruits...on serious note niko njipanda ukizingatia saa 6 ndo hii hapa!....huh!

Hivyo ni muhimu kula matunda mchanganyiko iwe ni ktk mfumo wa juice au mazima ili kuweza kupata virutubisho vingi iwezekanavyo.
