Je Unakunywa Juice za Mixed Fruits?...

Jana nilikuwa nasikiliza RFA kulikuwa na kipindi cha Afya, kuna jamaa wa dizaini kama ya Dr Ndodi, wanapima magonjwa kwa kutumia mashine inayoitwa Quantum ambayo ina uwezo wa kuainisha magonjwa mengi yanayomsumbua mtu, kwa kushika handle fulani kama 'mouse' inayoingia kwenye computer hiyo. Baada ya hapo wanauza dawa za aina ya vyakula ili kutibu magonjwa yaliyoonekana kwa mgonjwa.

Kuna daktari anaitwa Sunjay Gupta wa CNN, siku moja alisema wazi kuwa ulaji wa matunda walau aina 5 kwa wakati mmoja, ukijumlisha na mazoezi ya kila siku huchangia kwa kiasi kikubwa sana kupunguza uwezekano wa kupata kansa kwa waafrika (the riskiest ethnic group in the world in terms of cancer infection,,,)...mimi nikiwa mmoja wa watu wanaotumia hii style ya maisha sijaona kitu chochote kibaya hata sasa na sikumbuki mara ya mwisho nilipokwenda hospitali au kunywa dawa....

Rai yangu ni kuwa madaktari wa sanitarium clinics wanatofautiana upeo na ujuzi,,,mawazo yao changanya na ya kwako halafu ufanyie kazi

Ushauri wangu kuhusu hili ni kwamba ,kula mixed fruits si mbaya ila kuna ukweli kwenye "mixed PH fruits" namaanisha kama wapenda kula matunda,kula ya aina moja(matamu),,,,,,,usichanganye na machachu(limao,chungwa,) hapo unatengeneza matatizo kwenye mfumo wa chakula

1.kwa msisitizo ukiamua kula matamu kula hayo pekee(papai,embe mbive,nanasi mbivu,watermelon)
