Leo napenda ni-share na wajasiriamali wenzangu MBINU chache zitakazo saidia kufahamu Kwanini idea yako ya biashara HAITAFANIKIWA.
Nimeona niliweke hili kinamna hii kwasababu watu wanaongelea tu jinsi wazo la biashara linavyoweza fanikiwa.

Na hayo makosa yalinifunza kugundua idea ya biashara ambayo haitafanikiwa.
Sasa tuanze ya kwanza hadi ya 4.
1. Wazo/Biashara inayoanzishwa bila kuwa na wateja tayari.
- ukianzisha biashara bila kuwa na wateja ambao wameshakuhakikishia kununua product/service yako biashara ita-strungle mwisho itakufa. Probality ya hii ipo juu sana.
2. Wazo/Biashara inayowazia financial support kabla ya kutoa huduma.
- biashara inatakiwa iweze kugenerate faida kupitia potential clients bila kuhangaika kutafuta financial support.
3. Wazo/Biashara isiyo add value kwenye maisha ya kila siku ya watu.
- wajasiriamali wapya mara nyingi wanafikiri kwasababu wazo fulani ni bora kwao basi automatically atapata wateja. This is BIG mistake.
4. Biashara kushindwa kutumia Law of Attraction.
- mfanyabiashara asipokuwa na communication skills nzuri biashara ita-strungle kutengeneza wateja wapya na wale wazamani watakimbia. Mwisho itakufa.
Jaribu kuelewa hizo tips kuepuka kuanzisha biashara/wazo litakalo kufa baada ya miezi michache.
