nadharia yangu ni kuwa kuna watu wa usalama ambao wako mikononi mwa Rostam; watu ambao hawawezi kunyosha vidole vyao kumgusa..

Swali labda liwe mara ya mwisho lini usalama umeshika watu kuhusiana na ufisadi wa aina yoyote?? navyojua mimi kazi yao ni kufuatilia upinzani na kuhakikisha wanavuruga kampeni au kuongozana na viongozi wa ccm kwenye misafara mbalimbali..

Mwanakijiji, hivi umesahau kuwa wote walioko serikalini wanamfanyia kazi JK?

  1. Rostam sidhani kama anahitaji watu wa usalama wawe kwenye pay roll yake ili awe mbabe kwa waTZ. Anaye bosi wao yaani JK na as long as JK yupo madarakani na anaendelea kumkingia kifua ataendelea kututukana anavyotaka.
  2. Juzi ulisahau kuwa TZ sio kama US, UK, SA n.k. ambapo kwenye nchi zao mtu kama DPP hamuogopi yeyote including mkuu wa nchi na hivyo nguvu zake ni halisi. TZ kwetu ni tofauti kwani hawa wote DPP, Usalama, Takukuru n.k., ugali wao humtegemea mkuu wa nchi na kwa hiyo wanafanya tu yale anayotaka JK, iwe ni kwa kulazimishwa au kwa ufahamu wao juu ya mahusiano ya wahusika na mkuu wao wa kazi, JK. Hata Kenya ni nafuu kuliko TZ. Wakienda mahakamani watawakuta wale majaji wa JK, akiwemo yule partner wa Masha.
  3. Kwenye nchi yoyote ile, mtu mashuhuri kama Mengi anapoongelea mambo nyeti huwa anasikilizwa na hatua kuchukuliwa kufuatilia aliyosema. Je serikali yetu ya TZ imefanya nini? Badala ya kuanzisha uchunguzi, JK kamtuma Simba (otherwise angemfukuza kazi keshoyake), kumchafua Whisttle blower - Mengi. Je hii inaashiria nini msimamo wa JK juu ya hawa wahujumu wa nchi?
  4. Hii ni mara ya kwanza TZ kuona wazi mkuu wa nchi na baraza lake la mawaziri likiwakumbatia wahujumu wa uchumi hadharani. Nasema hadharani kwani sidhani kuwa JK hajui madhambi ya RA na hao gabacholi wengine. Je hii ndiyo Nguvu Mpya na Kasi Mpya?
  5. Watu kama Cheyo, Dr. Rashid na wengineo wa aina yao, ni tamaa na ukosefu wa uzalendo vilivyowaingiza kwenye hii list ya mafisadi. Lakini ukweli ni kuwa mafisadi hasa hapa ni wale aliotaja Mengi. Wao walitongozwa tu na akina Jeetu n.k. wakawasaidia kuiibia nchi mabilioni na wao kuumbulia 'vijisenti' ukilinganisha na ambazo akina Jeetu walizowaibiwa waTZ. Hawa adhabu yao inapaswa kuwa kubwa sana ili wengine wasije kufanya waliyofanya ingawa kuwa wao pia ni mashahidi wazuri sana kwenye kuwanasa hawa mapapa.
JF na Magazeti inapaswa tuanze kumvaa JK moja kwa moja na kumuunganisha na hawa waungwana wake, akina RA n.k. mpaka pale atakapoamua kuwashughulikia kitu ambacho ni sawa na kujishughulikia yeye mwenyewe. Otherwise waungwana watatunyonya na kuishia Canada, UK n.k. kama historia inavyonukuu.

JK ndie anayeimaliza nchi kwa kuwakingia kifua hawa wahujumu wa nchi, kwa kuvifanya vyombo vingine vya dola kuwa na ganzi.

Hii thread nimekuwa msomaji tu na sijawahi kuchangia manake ni shule tosha.... lakini wakuu mimi ninayoyasoma humu ndani ya hii thread ni kama vile nipo ndotoni..... Inasemekana kifo cha ippy malecela ni matunda ya vita kati mzee cigweyimis na mtandao. Nchimbi alikuwa ndiye mgombea wa mtandao, hivyo si vema kurudisha yaliyolala , acheni kijana mwenzetu apumzike kwa amani. Ok.. Huyu RA is not the King Maker as he is called.. He is an "agent".. He is an agent with information, persuasion power over the people in 'official-power' and also represents other interests. The IRAN agenda... Kagoda was not authorized by JK or Rostam because they simply did not have the authority.. It was Mkapa who gave the authorization for the strengthening of CCM.. However it had to be done in a special and seemingly fail safe way... Apson took care of that.. RA is the official money man.. He was put incharge of the distribution of these funds.. He did just tht.. However it appears ana multiple roles because he was the mtandao money man but also CCM in general..! By virtue of his position he has been able to take serious advantage of the people he gave cash... to push his personal agenda and that of the POWERS he represents... Sasa I'm forced to think slightly out of the box maana.. RA would have been untouchable had all the scandals not blown up in public through audits and the like.. Lakini jee... Is it plausible that MENGI can attack this guy and the rest of the wadosis without any backing? infact, if he were not under instructions... I mean come on.. Unless he has seriously changed too maana nae mwizi tuu..
(The way he acquired his plots pale mikocheni-michezo yao nakina Paul Mushi kule ardhi.. This guy stole land worth millions of dollars kwa kutumia usani..) Sasa who is Mengi representing maana lynching RA is not an easy job and it needs Backing ya Nguvu..

Maana ata wakina Baraka watakuwa wanajaribu kuinfuence kichinichini maana the Iran thing is a threat to their agenda... France was doing the same thing 40 yrs ago with Bokassa..they turned the other way while the guy murdered hundreds(in one case 100 children were beaten to death and he personaly took part-hakukuwa na condemnation) and possibly ate them.... because they needed Uranium.. In short.. this goes deep.

Lakini bottom line is huyu he must go down.. lakini it must be the people that take him down.. CCM must be weakened and it already has... thanks to RA et al. This is their most significant achievement for Tanzania's democracy to grow stronger.. Ironically achieved when the aim was to strengthen it. I dont particularly find any of the other parties appealing to me personally due to their current level of politics being utterly trivial.. But they are important, particularly CUF and CHADEMA.. They must use the weakness of CCM to increase their seats in Parliament and thus create an organ that can actually check the CCM-Executive..

Love the analysis, cant be too off track! but then again can't a man have a change of heart and take on the government?? Personaly i think this is whats happening to Mengi, every Tanzanian wanted to be him the rich man anayeshindana na wahindi! (Lets call a spade a spade, this is a fact) He was alone up there for a long time untill EPA! The love tanzanians have for mengi and what he has achieved has created many enemies for him..even politicians want to be industrial like him...I could be wrong but thats also a theory, i see no hand of the west here just a rich man in an extremely poor country finally finding purpose in his life which now equates to uplifting and using his power to fight for those who cant do anything other than discuss issues at JF and bars (referring to myself here 🙂 )
 
Ninaamini JK hana nguvu mbele ya RA kwani RA ameshika mpini, na JK kashika makali. RA kuna mambo anayajua kuhusu JK na CCM mambo ambayo hawataki yaje kujulikana. Iliposemwa kuwa "nchi imetekwa nyara" nilikuwa sielewi kivipi. Sasa hivi baada ya matamshi yake juu ya Mengi ninaamini ujumbe umekuwa delivered loudly and clearly.. don't mess with me.

Hakuna mwanasiasa yoyote au kiongozi yeyote serikalini anayeweza kumnyoshea mkono RA hata gizani! Ananguvu kuliko malaika na anatisha kuliko shetani. Nguvu yake na uwezo wake huo msingi wake ni information. What he knows.

Inanikumbusha wimbo ule wa Munishi juu ya mtoto aliyekuwa ananyanyaswa na kaka yake kwa sababu alivunja chupa ya chai na hakutaka wazazi wajue na yule kaka akawa anatumia ule ujuzi kama laverage ya kupata kila anachotaka. Ni mpaka mtoto yule alipoamua kuja kwa wazazi na kusema kosa lake (kutubu) ndipo ile nira iliyowekwa shingoni ikavunjwa.

Sidhani kama JK na CCM watakuja kukiri makosa yao mbele ya Watanzania ili kuvunja nira hiyo ya RA matokeo yake wanazidi kuingizwa na kunaswa kama kwenye utando wa buibui..
 
I agree with the suggestion that Mengi could have found a purpose.. But at the same time, his character makes me highly skeptical.. I think there is something else here.... Either the Govt ya JK inajaribu kucounter power ya Rostam in a clandestine fashion ama sijui nini.. Maana the existence of Rostam is a national security threat (for JK).. He cant openly fight him, the only thing he could do is tarnish his image.. force him to hide in the shadows.. ama kundi flani ndani ya CCM. SO far there are things that dont add up..

Rostam anajua "kitu".. ujuzi wa kitu hicho ndiyo unamfanya kuwa the most powerful man in Tanzania. Watu wanasema JK ana nguvu sijui nini.. ukweli ni kuwa RA ana nguvu kuliko JK na nguvu hizo zinatokana na yeye kujua anachojua. Ukiunganisha alichofanya kwa Mtikila na maelezo yake ya juzi utaona kuwa siyo tu kuwa ana nguvu bali pia amepiga mahesabu vizuri sana kiasi kwamba kundi la Wabunge kama 40 hivi hawawezi kamwe kumnyoshea kidole hata wakiwa gizani.
