Nasikitika kukwambia zile dawa ulizopewa zilienda kupanua utumbo na kulegeza fuse za tumbo ndio mana tumbo ni kubwa na bila shaka hata kula pia ili ushibe huwa unakula chakula kingi sana.

njia pekee yakuondoa hilo tumbo ni kufanya alichofanya wema sepetu,hakuna namna ingine unaweza ondoa hilo tumbo lakini kama unaweza kukaa bila kula pia ni sawa,jaribu.

I am one of those people ambao for the last 10 yrs sijabadilika sana...i eat everything but nikiwa na njaa tu...sili 3 times a day kila siku...i enjoy kula nikiwa na hamu na kitu fulani...na nikila ni portion za kawaida tu, kushiba kunaninyima raha

i try to have protein and veggies zaidi and smtimes i drink juice/water only tu to free my body

And dont forget Wine😛

Nina mdogo wangu yeye alikuwa kibonge, aliwahi kutumia slim tea, siju vidonge vya fat burner lakini havikumsaidia. ila amekuja na formula ambayo sasa kila mtu akimuona anamshangaa jinsi alivokonda. Kwa kifupi kila mtu anayenifahamu awali leo nikikutana nae ananiambia anatamani mwili kama wangu. Nimekata kama 24kg na kazi kubwa sasa ni ku-maintain weight niliyonayo.

Faida naziona waziwazi nikilala ni kama crown mzee no kukoroma, no kuhema ovyoovyo ukipandisha ngazi au kutembea kidogo, mama nae anaenjoy huku tough game......!!!

Wazee mazoezi mazur sana, mwili ushaji tune yaani nikikaa siku 3 sijafanya mazoezi i feel like mwili wangu hauko sawa na mind wise nakuwa kama nahitaji kufanya jambo ili akili ikae sawa, kumbe ni mazoezi tu hapo akili inataka.
