4, kukata tumbo - round 5, kila round nimeenda 20,
vp hiyo mkuu [emoji23] kwa ujumla nimetumia kama dakika 45 kufinish
Push ups itafocus kifua na triceps.
Triceps umefocus kwenye mkono.
Squats miguu.
Yaani umepiga zoezi limelenga kila sehemu ya mwili.
