The last paragraph of chapter 1 of the constitution talks about any attempt to establish an illegal government.

Next point. The 2/3 gender rule is on the same paragraph as the right to vote in a free and fair election... If the presidential election was annulled by supreme court for not being in accordance with the constitution, do you think parliament will be allowed to sit there illegally? The constitution is the supreme law of the land, no arm of government is bigger than the constitution.. Because the constitution represents the soverign will, if it says 2/3 gender then that's what needs to happen

3rd point, parliament was warned ro pass that law before going to a new election because they risk being dissolved, wakajifanya wajanja, this is the year of history making, they will become the first parliament to be dissolved for being in violation of the constitution
