Mtu akiibuka na kapewa Hela ya mafuta huko arabuni akija na mihemuko yake ya kuleta vurugu mnasadiki moja kwa moja. Na kwa bahati mbaya mna watu wengi wenye uwezo wa kuwafanya mkajisikia wanyonge hata kama ni matajiri kuliko jamii nyingine. Wengi mnapewa mafundisho ya kuwasononesha na kuwafanya mjione wanyonge. Na mnapenda kuyasikiliza, kwakuwa yako mioyoni mwenu.Nyinyi ni inferior kwakuwa mnajikubali hivyo.Na hamwezi ondoa hilo kwenye roho zenu.
Zamani watu wengi walikuwa wanaamini ni kwa vile hamjasoma, mkaelimika. lakini siku hizi imegundulika hata mkisoma haisaidii. Hamwezi kuwa watu chanya kifikra.Kwani nyuma yenu mnakundi kubwa lisilo na Elimu.

Mfano; Kule Arabuni Wanachinjana kwa jina la dini kila kukicha: Lakini hamuwachi kusingizia Ni marekani na Mwisrael waliosababisha. Lakini hata ukiwaondoa hao: Haiwezi ondoa huu utamaduni wa mwenye nguvu ndiye msema kweli. Haijasaidia Somalia wala nyinyi hamjaonesha hisia za kuwasaidia wasomali miaka nenda miaka rudi. watakaoweza kuwasaidia wanatakiwa watoke kwenye dini nyingine.Na sio ya kwenu.

Hata hicho kipengele kwenye sensa kilionekana kitaenda kupandikiza mbegu ya chuki za kidini zilizokuwa zikishika kasi nchini: nyinyi hilo hamlioni. Na hata mkiliona ndilo mnalohitaji. Mnashangilia mkiona nchi inapelekwa kwenye Vurugu. KWa imani kuwa Mtashika dola.Jamhuri ya CAR waliamini hivyo hivyo. Tena washukuru wazungu kwenda kuokoa jahazi. Manake Iran ilipeleka pua kiupendeleo tu.

Christians must understand and be aware that, Islam is a complete way of life. It has an economic policy, a legal framework, a political ideology, and a social agenda and were followers of Allah and Muhammad will exercise in full the freedom, if will be guaranteed in the constitution then they are justified to demand for the implementation of the Sharia law in its entirety and not just its personal law aspect. This is where the main problem starts.

NOTE THIS: All Muslims are obliged to be governed and guided by the Sharia. That means, Tanzania will be under Sharia, something Christians will not comprehend, ad infinitum. It is a mandatory requirement [when you are under Sharia] and Christians will have no option but to totally submit to the divine law.

All Christians and non Muslims should fight against Kadhi Court and should never let such bill pass in Tanzania.

The Kadhis courts, as with any other court, must be provided for in the constitution, as otherwise their establishment would be unconstitutional. Once provided for under the constitution, the courts themselves can either be established in the constitution also or in an Act of parliament. The problem with establishing them under ordinary law by an Act of parliament is that it would make them vulnerable since any decision to abolish them would require a simple majority of the members of parliament. Under the present standing orders of parliament, which sets the quorum of the house at 30, it means that the approval of only sixteen (16) members of parliament would be sufficient to repeal the Kadhis courts. In contrast, to abolish the courts as enshrined in the constitution would require a two-thirds (2/3) majority in parliament. Kenyan Muslims therefore find great relief and solace in the entrenchment of the Kadhis courts in the constitution.

The jurisdiction of the Kadhis courts, then as now, is to adjudicate on matters relating to personal law (marriage, divorce and inheritance) where both parties are Muslims. Throughout the centuries that they have been in existence, the Kadhis courts have provided an efficient and cost-effective resolution of the disputes before them.

The Kadhis courts are not mosques, they are courts of law set up to deal with specific types of disputes. The office of a Kadhi is not a religious office, it is a legal office whose holder is versed in Muslim personal law. They provide a specialised forum for dealing with personal law disputes where both parties are Muslims

The Kadhi court system, which elevates Islam over the country's other religions, was deemed unconstitutional because it does not coincide with Tanzania's secular mandate. Kadhi courts will run/use with public funds is a form of segregation as it promotes the development of one religion over another.

The jurisdiction of the Kadhis courts, then as now, is to adjudicate on matters relating to personal law (marriage, divorce and inheritance) where both parties are Muslims. Throughout the centuries that they have been in existence, the Kadhis courts have provided an efficient and cost-effective resolution of the disputes before them.

The inclusion of Islamic "Kadhi" courts in the nation's current constitution is illegal and discriminatory. That is why it did not pass.

Financial maintenance and support of the kadhi courts from public coffers amounts to segregation, is sectarian, discriminatory and unjust against the applicants and others... it amounts to separate development of one religion and religious practice contrary to the principle of separation of state and religion.
