Good developers have a project they are working on all the time. Setting time away from ongoing projects to send PMs based on guesses is not something that they would be doing. You will end up not getting anyone or getting bad developers with the current post.

Asante kwa ushauri nimeupokea. Ila aliyekuja nshamuunga na mhusika. Sijui wameelewana or not, sina hakika maana mimi si part ya hiyo project or wahusika hao. Nmefanya nao kazi tu kwa kitu kingine tofauti na hiki and they just asked kama naweza kuwa na mtu anaweza fanya hiki.
