Tena wachina walikubali kuijenga baada ya USA kumtolea nje MWL JK Nyerere. Kwa kujibaraguza USA wakaamua kutusaidia ujenzi wa barabara ya TANZAM highway. Waafrika tunafeli sana, hata wakii upgrade na kutuachia tena itatushinda tu.
