God of the Bible or Allah (SWT)?? Which is the True God? Decide for yourself. The Christians very often bring up arguments and say that God of the bible is merciful where as Allah (SWT) is punishes people. And they even go on to quote certain verses and say that Allah is not True God. Here we'll discuss which of the following is actually the True Almighty God. Qualities ill-befitting God in the Bible. A. Barber God : The bible says " In the same day shall the Lord shave with a rasor that is hired, namely, by them beyond the river, by the king of Assyria, the head, and the hair of the feet: and it shall also consume the beard." (Isaiah 7:20) Is this what God does?? He is going to shave people's legs,beard and head with the hired razor. He hasn't even got one of his own. Is this the work of God? B. A hissing God: " And he will lift up an ensign to the nations from far, and will hiss unto them from the end of the earth: and, behold, they shall come with speed swiftly:" (Isaiah 5:26) "And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria." (Isaiah 7:18) Is this what God does?? That he is going to hiss like a snake C. Roaring God. "The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies." (Isaiah 42:13) "They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west." (Hosea 11:10) D. Not Omnipotent. "And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron." (Judges 1:19) Whereas the same bible tells us that God is Omnipotent. "...but with God all things are possible." (Mathew 19:26) One can see clear contradictions in the qualities of God in the man-altered bible. E. God rested on the seventh day "It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed." (Exodus 31:17) "And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made." (Genesis 2:2) " For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it." (Exodus 20:11) Sabbath is a standing insult to God in the bible because according to it God rested on this day. Therefore Christians and Jews are commanded to rest on this day. "Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10. But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:" (Exodus 20:9-10) And anyone who works on Sabbath day is to be put to death. "Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people." (Exodus 31:14) Now lets read the Quran and see the divine qualities of God. "...Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep." (Quran 2:255) The Quran says "We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in Six Days, nor did any sense of weariness touch Us." (Quran 50:38) Decide for yourself which God is the True one. F. Smoke Came out of God's nostrils and devouring fire from his mouth. "There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it." (II Samuel 22:9) What a blasphemy!! G. God riding a cherub. "Cherub" means 1. a celestial being. Gen. 3:24; Ezek. 1, 10. 2. Theology. a member of the second order of angels, often represented as a beautiful rosy-cheeked child with wings. 3. a beautiful or innocent person, esp. a child. 4. a person, esp. a child, with a sweet, chubby, innocent face. "And he(God) rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind." (II Samuel 22:11) God is riding upon a cherub. God is flying in the air. Is this the quality of God?? Note : I have put that word "God" in brackets. Read also Psalms 18:8 onwards H. Does God repent?? "And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart." (Genesis 6:6) This does not befit God at all. Its human quality to repent. God is All-Knowing and Omnicient. He does not repent. I. God Wrestles with man "And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed."(Genesis 32:28) God wrestles with man and man prevails. If Christians want to worship a man they should worship such a man who prevails over God instead of worshipping Jesus who considers himself powerless. "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." (John 5:30) J. God - Like an alcoholic. "Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine." (Psalms 78:65) K. God corrupts people and spreads dung upon their faces. "Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it." (Malachi 2:3) Does God do such things. Does he corrupt his own creation and spread dung (excreta) on their faces?? l. God - The Deciever. "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things." (Isaiah 45:7) "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:" (2 Thessalonian 2:11) The Christians very often quote this verse from the Quran and say that God is a deceiver. "And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah." (Quran 3:54) The above verse doesn't prove at all that God is a deciever. This verse only says that people plan against Allah and Allah too plans and he prevails. This verse doesn't by any means show that God is a deceiver. Unlike the bible where God says "I will corrupt your seed..." (Malachi 2:3) Read point k. Jeremiah the Prophet of God cries that he was decieved by God. "O LORD, thou hast deceived me, and I was deceived: thou art stronger than I, and hast prevailed: I am in derision daily, every one mocketh me." (Jeremiah 20:7) The same bible tells us that God is not the author of confusion. "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace,.." (1 Corinthians 14:33) One can see the contradictory qualities of God in the bible. M. God commands his Prophet to walk naked. "At the same time spake the LORD by Isaiah the son of Amoz, saying, Go and loose the sackcloth from off thy loins, and put off thy shoe from thy foot. And he did so, walking naked and barefoot. [3] And the LORD said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia;" (Isaiah 20:2-3) Imagine Isaiah one of the mightiest of the Biblical Prophets walks absolutely naked and barefoot for 3 years on the commandment of God. A Prophet of God Walking down the streets, in front of women and children absolutely naked for 3 long years not even wearing a G-string. Imagine if a Pope goes around naked preaching the message of God. Huh ! Is this the quality of God that he commands people to do such things. The Glorious Quran says "Say: "Nay, Allah never commands what is shameful: do ye say of Allah what ye know not?"" (Quran 7:28) God doesn't command people to do such shameful deeds. N. Is Biblical God Merciful?? The Christians always come up and say that Allah (SWT) is not Merciful because he punishes people and Biblical God is merciful. Lets analyse with few examples below if he is really Merciful. The bible says "And he smote the men of Beth-shemesh, because they had looked into the ark of the LORD, even he smote of the people fifty thousand and threescore and ten men: and the people lamented, because the LORD had smitten many of the people with a great slaughter." (I Samuel 6:19) God Almighty punished 50,070 for merely looking into an ark. Note : The newer version of the Bible like NIV etc have shamelessly reduced the number to 70 only !! "[3] Thou shalt have no other gods before me. [4] Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: [5] Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;" (Exodus 20:3-5) God is not only going to punish people who join gods with him but he is also going to punish people till their third and fourth generation. Note : Christians are included in this. Because they say Jesus IS God and Holy Spirit IS God. The Bible says "And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins." (Leviticus 26:18) "And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins." (Leviticus 26:21) "And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; [24] Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins." (Leviticus 26:23-24) In the above verses we can see that God doesn't even gets satisfied with one for one. He is going to punish people seven times more for their sins. Whereas the Quran says. "He that doeth good shall have ten times as much to his credit: He that doeth evil shall only be recompensed according to his evil: no wrong shall be done unto (any of) them." (Quran 6:160) "If any does good, the reward to him is better than his deed; but if any does evil, the doers of evil are only punished (to the extent) of their deeds." (Quran 28:84) O. God's Lips ,tongue and Breath "27 See, the Name of the LORD comes from afar, with burning anger and dense clouds of smoke; his lips are full of wrath, and his tongue is a consuming fire. 28 His breath is like a rushing torrent rising up to the neck.He shakes the nations in the sieve of destruction he places in the jaws of the peoples a bit that leads them astray. " (Isaiah 30:27-28) Alhumdulillah(All praises are due to Allah Alone) this is the quality of God. This is his mercy that he multiplies the good deeds and punish the sins only to their extent whereas biblical God punishes people seven times more and he punishes them till their third and fourth generation. Divine Attributes of God in the Quran. In the Quran there are about 99 attributes of Allah (SWT). I'll just quote 3 verses which mention about 15 of his divine attributes attributes. "22. Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. 23. Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god;- the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah. (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him. 24. He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colours). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare His Praises and Glory: and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. " Can anyone bring anything comparable to this? !! So Readers decide for yourself which God is True and which Scripture is True.
