It looks like #Diddy's partnership with #CapitalPreparatoryCharterSchools has come to an end. On Tuesday, Dr. Steve Perry, the founder and head of the schools, made an official announcement.
In a statement posted to the school's official website, Dr. Perry said, "Following a comprehensive evaluation, a decision has been made to end the partnership between Capital Preparatory Schools and Sean Combs. While this decision was not made lightly, we firmly believe it is in the best interest of our organization's health and future."
According to @apnews, Diddy was involved with the launch of the charter school's Harlem location in 2016, and in 2021, he made a $1 million donation that went towards the school's Bronx location. The news of the school's decision to part ways with the mogul came shortly after it was announced that he would be stepping down as the chairman of REVOLT.
