Ni jambo la kawaida sana kwa wana CHADEMA "Kukiuka" utaratibu ulipo kwa kufanya shughuli mbalimbali za siasa. Mara nyingi huwa wanalalamika sana na kusema kwamba wana haki ya kufanya shughuli zao kama ilivyo elezwa kwenye katiba. Je wana CHADEMA wanahaki kikatiba kufanya shughuli zao za siasa?.
Maelezo yanayo fuata ni vipengele kutoka kwenye katiba ya Jamhuri ya Muungano ya Tanzania mwaka 1977
- 13(4): No person shall be discriminated against by any person or any authority acting under any law or in the discharge of the functions or business of any state office.
For the purpose of this article discrimination means to satisfy the needs, rights or other requirements of different persons on the basis of their nationality, tribe, place of origin, political opinion, colour, religion, sex
- 18: Every person
a: Has a freedom of opinion and expression of his ideas
b: Has a right to seek, receive and or disseminate information regardless of national boundaries
c: Has the freedom to communicate and a freedom with protection from interference from his communication
-20(1): Every person has a freedom to freely and peaceably assemble, associate and cooperate with other persons and for that purpose, express views publicly and to form and join with associations or organizations formed for purposes of preserving or furthering his beliefs or interests or any other interests
- 21(2): Every citizen has the right and the freedom to participate fully in the process leading to the decision on matters affecting him, his well-being or the nation
