Kaunti za Kenya ni mizigo kwa Mkenya!

Hili litakuja kujidhihirisha hapo baadaye patakapo pambazuka kwamba hizi zinazoitwa Kaunti au Majimbo unaweza kusema ni mzigo mkubwa sana kwa walipa kodi wa Kenya!

Wengi wao sasa hivi wanapumbazwa na kudanganywa na wanasiasa kuhusu vimiradi vya hapa na pale, kama sijui Magari ya Polisi au skyscrapers n.k., lakini wasichokijua ni kwamba haya yote ni madeni ambayo hizi Kaunti zinaingia na sasa hapo baadaye Kenya itakuwa na madeni ya aina nyingi. Kwanza itakuwa na madeni ya kawaida ambayo Kenya kama nchi na pia kutakuwa na madeni makubwa sana yanayotokana na hizi kaunti, hivyo kaeni mkao wa kula, bili zinakuja siku za usoni!

How many such threads faulting the Kenyan constitution will u open? Is this how u are attempting to aid your sisiem suppress the widespread agitations for new constitution by the great pipo of Tanzania?

I do not see why the defects in our constitution should be a concern to u. Tanzanians are pretty smart pipo, I biliv; they will definately try to avoid the many great mistakes Kenya made in their constitution making process. Now, you sisiem operative, rest assured.
It's useless casting aspersions now to dampen the strong urge for change by Tanzanians.

La, haujali kabisa kuhusu Kenya na Kenya haupajui vyema, jinsi imedhihirika kwenye baadhi ya comments zako humu.
