Kenya acheni Ujinga, Kenya ni third World Country!

Asked them how much there election cost, and how mack IECB have spend so far. They've spend very little amount of money and time, but the result were democratic and credible. Just look at the number of spoilt ballots compare that to other elections around the world.

Nice u have good point always

please re-read my post, I said that was just a style of voting... could be effective for an illiterate population but surely not the definition of democracy like you insinuated.

But what is democracy? How can you have a true democracy without credible and transparent election process? One thing had come out of Gambian style election is the transparency, and with that the few or known election disputes.

African have been spoonfed democracy with the west, for the past 50yrs Africa are still relying on vote of confidence from foreign election observers. And why is that? Is because were to lazy to think on our own which is best election system for us. We need to have political process which works for us and not for America who always impose there own Mr. Yes Man.

You presenting a common problem with many us Africans, we don't know what is happening on other part of Africa. No many people understand a political process of Namibia or Tunisia or Cameroon. But we know who is president of France, America or China. If Kenya had used the system like the one in Gambian, we wouldn't have all these uncertainty we see today. No 34A's or B's, No extra ballot paper printed in favor of someone, no computer hacking, no embarrassing judgment and above all, no lost of blood.

Like I said earlier and confirmed by your link, the Gambian method might "work'' for an illiterate population..... but hey... they are illiterate, it doesn't take much to fool them and i can see they have you fooled too, i wonder what that says about you? (judgement reserved).
I noticed how you have conveniently avoided my question, but lets review.... in your view, is it the marble voting that made the election ''transparent?!'' (while answering, please use ''election is a process not an event'' school of thought)
The mere suggestion that Kenya, a country with one of the highest literacy rates in Africa should have used marbles to vote leaves me very scared!!! in-fact, it makes me wanna personally chase you down for a vasectomy, You should not be allowed to breed!

Acha kudanganya Wadanganyika wenzako

Instead of being honest and presents the will of the people (which is the core principle of true democracy), your here talking about fooling others and stealing elections and Kenya literacy is so high. Boy oh boy; what we witness in Kenya today it has nothing to do with democracy, it is pure case of mistrust, dishonesty, and corruption. Section people in Kenya don't trust IEBC, or the government, or even their local politicians for the same reasons I just mentioned above.

Apart from all that, my original post I stated that Africa needs to come up with her own style of democracy, rather than the one made in Europe or USA. Gambia was an example how Africans can create her own unique style of politics or elections. BTW that system isn't new to them, they've been using it since 1962 with no major problems. I haven't come across any country around the world with only two spoilt ballots.
