Kenya and its WAZUNGUs

Kenya and its WAZUNGUs

Ndo hapo sasa....fweza inanunua hukumu!Huyu Hakimu lazima amekula
mlungula ama amepata maagizo kutoka 'higher places' if you know what
I'm saying.

na huna mahala pa kukimbilia for justice.

rmashauri;

Huyu bwana ni mjukuu wa Lord Delamare, one of the most prolific
land grabbing settlers in Kenya's colonial history.
hukumu haijatolewa.Kama angefungwa kifungo kirefu basi Uingereza
inge-insist he does his time in the UK. Pia Jaji asingeweza kumhukumu
na death penalty because Ulaya hiyo kitu hakuna and Kenya is a
protege of the British. So the Judges hands were tied and he had to
say this stupid thing eti malice 'aforethought' haikuonekana na kwa
hivyo hakua na kusudio la kuua.

One thing about the Law ni kwamba it can be used to promote
justice yet at the same time it can be used to deny justice. All
they do is use this mixed up jargon with heavy vocabulary to
confuse people kisha muuaji goes free.Kumbuka jamaa kaua mara
mbili na anaachwa based on the same stupid premise, eti hakukusudia
kuua ama hakuna ushahidi unaoelekeza kua alikua kusudio hilo. What
person would kill another and then go to court and say he intended
to do it?..Hakuna.na hapo ndipo tunafumbwa macho.

I'll be back with more.

Naona watu mnaongea na ma-emotions kibao, lakini jaji ktk utoaji hukumu anaangalia sheria zinasemaje according to his or her professional competence , there is no room for opinions nor emotions ktk kazi za kitaalam...this is what laid down the verdict.

Mtindiowaubongo,

The irony of it is that Thomas Cholmondeley shot a man point blank. Convicting him of manslaughter means he did not intend to kill the man but anyhow the man still died from his action. How the heck do you shoot someone point blank unless you intend to kill the person???

Widow to Robert Njoya, Serah Waithera leaves the High Court after the ruling was delivered on Thursday

this is sad..the man shows no remorse for his actions on video clips and still pictures. he got away with murder..but he'll have to live with the fact that he is a murderer.

mdau aliyesema Uk ingeingilia atumikie kifungo chake Uk i dont think that possible because he denounced his british citizenship and he is kenyan now. so kenya could bacisally do whatever they like with him.the only difference is he is white and they are black. i think we need more Mugabe's in africa. this is too much

The 8-month sentence is nothing to sneeze at considering the high probability of Thomas Cholmondeley being raped in prison and get AIDS. Unless he serves his time in an isolation which I doubt very much. His outlook is very bleak in an African prison.

Truth,

people like Cholmondeley do not get jailed with the regular prison
population. They get preferential treatment from the word go. They
are secluded and have access to media and beds.Their visitation rights
are unlimited and family members bring them almost anything they want.
Therfore his time in prison will not be as bleak as you are imagining.
In the meantime he has been in lock up for approximately 3yrs as this
trial was going on and off.

Thats why we are always jittery with Kenya, this guy "owns" 50,000 ha of Kenyan land, a poor Kenyan gets blasted to hell for collecting wood in the white guys farm. The Kenya Judiciary saves the white guys skin by letting him off with a speck on the cheek.
The you Kenyans have the audacity of laughing at Mugabe?
The life of an ordinary Kenyan is so cheap!
Any way thats your country, if you can give your land to foreighners and expect to reap the same from your fellow East African brothers is a sort of an anticlimax.
With the Migingo saga hovering in the horizon, this makes the EA Federation not only unlikey but udesirable a s well.

Do you have any evidence that Cholmondeley is being afforded this treatment?

PLLLIIIIIIIZZZZZZZ spare us the hate speech, tafadhali, lets just enjoy our Monday without the everyday squabbles. We wount take your paradise from you, just sign the dotted line(which am sure will be done in November), and let destiny take its course. I know most of you are xenophobic by default, but when the Kenyans cross the border after embracing the EAC, we will bring out the beast in most of you. Enjoy your Monday.

It wont be a premeditated move ofcourse!!!

Hata hivyo what goes around comes around

Haki inawenyewe, and they ain't black.

Are black Kenyans 2nd Citizens after Wazungus in Kenya?

Kenyans are so proud of Wazungus, it is a negative mind set!

Good the at least huyu mzungu atafungwa! The maximum sentence ni life imprisonment!
Inavoonekana kule black Kenyans ni 2nd class citizens. Naelekea kuamini. Maana kuna jamaa yangu amewahi kukaa huko alikuwa ananisimulia jinsi Wakenya wanavyowahusu wazungu huwezi amini.

And in Tanzania we have Indians and Arabs (and the occasional white perso, our good friend Sinclair from Tanzania Royalty) stealing everything that is not nailed to the ground and nothing happens to them.

Black Tanzanians are refused entry into certain hotels, are refused loans from banks and are generally treated with disrespect in their own country.

I am really sick of this African mentality of thinking everything foreign or white is somehow superior to us and we must bow down to them.

When are we going to wake up? When?

Black Tanzanians steal from other Black Tanzanians. Black Tanzanians treat other Black Tanzanians in discriminatory, disrespectful fashion. What's with all the crying when Whites or Arabs or Indians do it?

Why all the hate son, you sound as if a Kenyan overtook you in an office promotion or stole your wife or something. Spare us the arrogance, we are all humans no one is better than the other(you of all the people should know that).. Kenyan or Tanzanian, we are all the same, the only difference is the environment we grew up in and the schools we went to, or maybe an IQ difference, but that should not create all the hate you have.
