It did not say export dude. You can't read. It mentions total agricultural output ie The value of all agricultural produce in the country whether for export or local consumption.

While they are busy planting low value crops like cassava, beans and maize. Kenyan farmers are moving to high value crops and cultivars which yield more per hectare and are export quality.

I have a neighbor who has invested about Kes 5 million in mushroom farming in his village land and another has invested kes 1 million in snail farming to obtain the mucous for cosmetics and flesh for food. 1 kg of kenyan snail in chinese shops in kilimani go for about kes 4000
