Wasiwasi wangu ni kama majaji wataweza kutoa hukumu ya haki.
Tayari Uhuru Kenyatta amekwishaanza kuwapiga mkwara majaji hao sita pamoja na kujaribu kuomba radhi lakini alichokisema alikimaanisha.

Hatahivyo kesi hii ni jaribio/mtihani mkubwa sana na mgumu sana kwao kwani uamuzi wa hii kesi unaipa mahakama nafasi ya kwanza ya kujijengea kuaminiwa na wakenya ama kujiondolea uaminifu miongoni mwa wakenya.

Taarifa ya habari ya saa moja Chanel ten wamesema imethibitishwa kulikuwa na mapungufu katika 22 constituents kama ilivyodaiwa na petitioners!
 
For all those interested in the 22 polling station here is the report. of the 22 polling stations 5 had difference between form 36 and 34 but of the 5. 1 had a stream deleted when re-tallying as explained by ngatia kabuito station in meru making the numbers differ and for mugumoini station a wrong form 34 was used for retallying (evidence was provided). making only 3


with discrepancies. as for the total voters registered use the final number includes BVR and special register.

The sample was issued by the supreme court not CORD. as for the form 36. results seem to march the final tally. draw your own conclusion.
in my opinion CORD seems to be loosing this battle but lets wait and see. on more news CORD is trying to play another dangerous card. yet another propaganda by raila. when will this end. i admit raila may have lost but uhuru may not have crossed the 50+1 mark. he may have gotten to around 49.7 % as tallied by Elog observers. maybe due to errors or other factors he crossed the line but even in a run off the current register may not give him the 800,000 votes to get to uhuru. this is because of low voter registration in his strongholds. i think he should have called it quits a long time ago.
 
Cord should continue counting their losses. yesterday it was senate and parliament. tomorrow...

Naona unatoka vapour tupu. If you watched the Respondent counsels today in court then no doubt you would concur with me. So you think the "Clerical" errors favored who? just wait kesho asubuhi ndo utajua mbivu na mbichi.

the 6000 was from the overall tally of form 36 which still didn't cut UK lead of 50+1. look at the court report that i have provided there are only 5 discrepancies in the 22 re tallied stations using the form 34. 2 the discrepancies in meru were opposed and evidence was provided proving that the discrepancies only fell on 3 areas. considering that these stations are only 22 of the 33000. look at the given report don't comment on what a person said in court. lawyers are liars and will lie win their case. use your head like i did and look for your own evidence. and for your info i voted for CORD but i can't stand it when a person had lie to try and become president at all costs. i was also an election observer working under a certain media house so i know that most of what CORD is purporting is a lie (MY OPINION)

why are u shifting the goal post, what do u stand for, earlier umeseme, uhuru could have not crossed 50 +1, i.e ana 49.?%, hapa wasema hiyo difference ya 6000, can not reduce 50 +1, mara ume vote kwa cord, mara warongo, mara anatakuwa President at all cost, hivi aliye form Munguki alikuwa Odinga? aliye rig 2007 alikuwa Odinga?

Police have vowed to crackdown on planned demonstrations across the country ahead of Saturday's ruling by the Supreme Court ruling on an presidential petition filed by Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo said they are aware of people who plan to hold demonstrations regardless of how the Supreme Court rules on the petition.

The police have consequently banned any assembly outside the premises of the Supreme Court on Saturday and instead urged the public to follow the proceedings on television.

"This should not be construed as denial of right to association, but a precaution to ensure criminal elements do not hijack such demonstrations to engage in lawlessness," he said.

Mr Kimaiyo, in a security briefing at his office, cited Nairobi where supporters of both the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) and Jubilee Coalition plan to converge outside the Supreme Court when the judges will be reading out their ruling.

According to the Inspector General, the planned demonstrations are being co-ordinated by non-governmental organisations.

Mr Kimaiyo advised NGOs seeking to engage in demonstrations to first seek police security.

Katiba La Mwananchi is one such organisation that has been warned not to engage in demonstrations, because it lacks the capacity to ensure security of its members and ward off criminals who may take advantage of the occasion.

At the same time, the police boss said they have gathered evidence on some people who are distributing pangas, simis, machetes and clubs in parts of Kibera, Mathare, Dandora, Kariobangi and some parts of the Coastal region.

"We also wish to advice leaders issuing statements that are tantamount to incitement, hate speech and negative stereotyping to desist from doing so. We have noticed increased polarization of the country emanating from such statements and some are done through social media and those perpetuating this know themselves," the police boss said.

mwitaz: nilitazama mjadala mzima: mawakili kwa upande wa IEBC pamoja na wale wa Uhuru na Ruto walijibu na kutoa majibu sahihi kuhusu tuhuma ambazo zilitolewa kathka vituo 22 na kisha wakatoa affidavity kutoa majibu kamili; nahisi Uhuru atashinda kesi.
