Ni aibu kwa serikali kununua vitu vya mtumba. Ila nahisi safari hii hamtochezewa, tayari mnauzoefu wa kutosha wa kununua train za mtumba.Vichwa 2nd hand, engine mpya. Asante mkuu kwa habari hii njema...ukitaka kupanda commuter train karibu NAIROBI.

Vipo vitu kama majengo yanaweza kufanyiwa evaluation kitaalamu na bei ikajulikana kwa uhakika zaidi, sio rahisi katika movable items. Lakini kwanini Kenya wanapenda sana kununua vitu chakavu wakati wanajisifia kuwa na pesa?, ninahisi rushwa ndio sababu kubwa.
