The Supreme Court has quashed President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election, ordering for a fresh presidential election in 60 days.

The court stated that IEBC did not conduct free and fair elections but cleared Kenyatta of any malpractice.

They also stated that the irregularities experienced affected the final outcome of the election.

Out of the 7 judges, 2 (Justice Jackton Ojwang' and Njoki Ndung'u) gave dissenting views saying the election was free and fair.

Chief Justice David Maraga, however, stated that what they read was a 'determination of the court and not a ruling'.

Maraga stated that the election of President Uhuru Kenyatta is null and void and he was not validly elected.

He further ordered a fresh election in 60 days according to the law.

Mahakama imempa ushindi mwombaji yaani Odinga hivyo uchaguzi umeonekana ulikuwa na kasoro na utarudiwa ndani ya siku sitini.

Sema tu kwamba na wewe nyumbu unaona aibu kwa jinsi mgombea wenu alivyopokonywa ushindi. Mlimkosoa hapa na kumdhihaki Raila Odinga na kumwandika vibaya Leo yamewakuta mnaona aibu.

Tunatakiwa tuwe na mahakama huru, majaji wote wasiwe wa kuteuliwa na rais, na uchaguzi uwe unaweza pelekwa mahakamani kama Kenya ka pingizi lolote.
Tujifunze kitu hapa ila tunaanzia wapi??
