In Kenya huwezi ambia watu wasimame kwenye bus, unless its raining or you carry them for free.
We are used to sitting in comfortable seats with sweet music playing.. and BTW i don't think a BRT is meant for every city.
Maybe in Dar it works, In Nairobi we need metro trains
