Alafu you seem to be confused , just because KQ is making loses does not mean it has to compromise on the quality of its flights!!! This is why I used to laugh at you guys when fastjet was launching and you used to try to compare fastjet a budget airline that is no different than taking a bus with KQ a full legacy airline, as if the two are even comparable...

Yes KQ Quality of service is better than ethiopian. But i think they target premium economy passngers while ET just want to ferry as many economy seats as possibleDeepening into loss? seriously? do you know where we were 4 years ago???
And to explain what that means,There is a reason why KQ's flights are slightly more expensive that the likes of Ethiopia airline, Ethiopia has less baggage allowance, less leg room.. etc And before you start claiming thats why more people fly Et than KQ, KQ has a better load factor than ET, its only that KQ has fewer planes than Et.... This means that the problem with KQ is and has never been lack of passengers, The problem with KQ is in management, So there is absolutely no reason why KQ's passengers who pay higher prices should receive substandard services because someone in management is hemorrhaging money.

Silly who? Only one of the points you talked about is right, the rest are silly made up theories,Hahahahaha, again you make silly mistake like what is happening with your SGR. The problem with KQ which force management to rise fare are.
1) Overhead costs/, salaries, parking charges etc.
2) Leasing charges
3) planes are very old, they consume too much fuel.
4) Most of KQ planes are half full, which makes things worse.
There is no way KQ to make profit with 40 fleets out of which 20 are leased and 17 on mortgage.
