Sometimes priorities zetu ni highly questionable - Mkuu nchi gani Africa yenye umeme wa kuaminka labda Egypt na hivi sasa Ethiopia, hivi sasa nchi zetu hizi haziitaji bullet trains kama Shinkansen za Japan au TGV za Ufaransa - priority zetu ziwekezwe kwenye freight trains siyo passenger trains - mwendo kasi wa kufurahisha abiria auwezi kutufikisha popote - tukumbuke revenue zinakuwa generated kwa kubeba mizigo mingi siyo abiria, abiria ni kama Service tu - actually faida yake ni sawa sawa na hakuna.

Kwa upande wetu mimi ningependelea zaidi kama ujenzi wa reli ya kati wangepewa Wachina kama walivyo fanya wenzetu wa Kenya, haya mambo ya kusema reli yetu tutaijenga in piece meal sielewi mantiki yake hata kidogo - reli inapaswa kujengwa seamlessly na contractor mmoja tangu mwanzo wa reli mpaka mwisho, haya mambo ya kusema kilometer fulani ijengwe nchi fulani zinazo fuata wapewe Taifa lingine, yaani kila contractor anakuja na sleepers zake na reli yake mpaka tufike mwisho sijui tuta engage makandrasi wangapi tena wenye workmanship tofauti ingawa wanasema atakuwepo msimamizi mkuu wa Project hii mimi 'am not convienced hata kidogo, tungekuwa serious tusingezungumzia trains za umeme za abiria kutoka Moro kuja Dar wakati nishati ya umeme nchini bado ni mgogoro, hayo yanaweza kufanyika tukiwa na umeme wa kuaminika hata wenzetu wa Kenya siyo kwamba wanashindwa kuweka Loco za umeme wanasubiri mpaka watakapo kuwa na umeme wa kutosha na kuaminika - Locos ni rahisi kuzibadirisha kutoka kwenye mfumo wa Diesel Electric to pure Electric Locos at opportune time siyo hivi sasa.
Magufuli hataki ujanja ujanja.. maana kama ishu ni kujenga ingejengwa toka enzi za JK lakini wazi kabisa kulikuwa na harufu ya ufisadi.. na hicho hakimsumbui yeye ni sisi wananchi ndio tutakao ingia kwenye hilo deni.

Ni bora kujenga kwa hela ya ndani ili tupunguze deni, maana clearly serikali imeinyesha interest ya kukopa.. ila inataka mkopo ambao watakuwa na say nao.. sio wa hawa wachina ambao una makandokando na masharti mengi ya kinyonyaji.

Kuna reli ambazo zimejengwa na makandarasi wengi.. na inawezekana kwa kuwa standards zinajulika, na tenda ya kujenga awamu ya Moro-Dodoma imetangazwa ina maana mkandarasi anayejenga sasa hivi anaweza kushinda kama ana vigezo.

Na vilevile, kuhusu mizigo, tunajua wazi wanajenga bandari kavu, ina maana malori hayataingia tena Dar..

Mwisho.. haya mambo yameshapangwa, sio kwamba wanakurupuka.

Inaonesha wewe hufuatilii huu mradi hata kidogo, unatengeneza mambo kichwani mwako halafu unaanza kuyatolea maelezo mambo hayo ambayo sio sahihi. Kama hauna habari kamili ni bora kunyamaza kuliko kuokota vitu kwenye mitandao ya udaku na kuja kutapika humu.

1. Lengo kuu ka mradi huu ni kubeba mizigo na sio abiria, kutokea Isaka reli itaelekea mpakani kwa Rwanda na Burundi kwa ajili ya usafirishaji wa mizigo yao kutoka bandari ya Dar es Salaam. Soma hapa chini kuhusu mradi wote kabla ya kuanza kukurupuka.

2. Kuhusu umeme, treni zetu zitakuwa ni hybrid (zinatumia dizeli na umeme). Gharama ya reli yetu ni Usd 4.05m / km wakati ya Kenya ni maradufu ya hio na yao ni dizeli tu. Hakuna ubaya wa kuweka umeme maana kuna miradi mingi ya uzalishaji umeme inaendelea.

3.Kuhusu kuwa na wakandarasi tofauti, reli zina viwango vinavyojulikana kwa kila mkandarasi na hamna shida mradi kufanywa na wakandarasi tofauti. Sababu ya kugawa mradi ni kuharakisha ujenzi wake, siku si nyingi RAHCO watatangaza wakandarasi wa vipande vilivyobakia. Ikumbukwe kuwa hata reli ya kati ya sasa hivi ilijengwa na wakandarasi wa kutoka nchi tofauti na miaka tofauti lakini hamna shida yoyote.

4. Ni upumbavu kufananisha mradi wetu na wa Kenya, Kenya wameumizwa na Wachina na reli yao ni ya hali ya chini mno kulinganisha na yetu. Kenya watatumia gharama nyingi zaidi kuweka umeme kuliko kama wangefanya mambo yote kwa pamoja. Fuatilia specifications za reli ya Kenya na Tanzania na gharama halafu uone jinsi JPM alivyo kichwa.

Jitahidi kufuatilia mambo kuliko kuishi kwa kufuatilia vyanzo visivyo rasmi vya wapinga maendeleo.
