Note: My IDL was accepted in Hong Kong but I had to apply for a DL in China. I was on Study abroad in china for 2 semesters. The road is called the S50, yet you are claiming that no one in Beijing calls in the S50 is akin to someone saying no one in Kenya calls the A2 highway, "the A2 Highway."
The government calls it the S50, all the maps refer to it as the S50, GPS devices refer to it as the S50 and that is the the official name of the highway. The onus is on you to prove it is not called the S50.

Next, he argued that TZ has tens of thousands of paved roads and that his own government's records were wrong, and he is yet to provide evidence that backs his claims.
