Does that matter?? What if theyb work all of them? They employ more!! That is how a country grow, not closing one investment because another opened up!!

Wamesahau kuwa waTZ hawanunui vitu supermarket na ndio sababu kubwa Uchumi na Nakumatt zilifeli..

Wabongo wanapenda vya kwao, wanaenda kwa mangi kuna kila kitu.. mchele super kwa mpemba.. mchicha na mnavu safi kabisa gengeni..

Sijui kwanin mnaamini timefurah biashara za wakenya kufungwa? Mo hoja ya kunogesha uzi ama? Business zimefail kwa sababu hawakujua cha kufanya kwenye uchumi huu. Hakuna maduka yanatembelewa kama hayo... lakin bidhaa ni ghali . Mnauza bidhaa za kenya kwa bei ghali na sie tunaweza kupata bidhaa zenye ubora zaidi kwa bei nafuu.

Huko kushindwa kwa biashara kusiwe chuki, alishindwa shoprite. Hii biashara ina changamoto hapa.
 
That shows how the Tanzanian economy is being hurt by the current administration, I dont think its a cause for celebration, you guys need to look inwardly either the economy is doing badly or you dont buy from foreigners

in free market economy a weaker competitor loses out! It is not KQ for Tanzanian government to bail out! A winner of that competition i.e. TSN is to take up those workers that have lost their jobs!

Sie kama wakenya... tunanunua vya kwetu. Nataka nikukumbushe Shoprite waliondoka hata huyu mpya hajaja.

Economy imeumizwa lakini sio sababu ya nakumat kufungwa, kabla hawajapalamia biashara ambayo Shoprite iliwashinda wangefanya utafiti...

Tunanunua sana simu kutoka nje kwahiyo hoja ya kutonunua foreign pia haina mashiko.
Hakuna hoja hapa kwenye huu uzi zaidi ya kutengeneze ugomvi usio kuwepo kati ya watanzania na wakenya....

Hivi kuna namna mnafaidika mkisikia hatuwapendi? Maana hata kwenye mambo ya kutumia akili mnarudi kulekule... Ati tuna chuki na nyie...[emoji42][emoji42]

You see, there are dozens of Tanzanian employees working for those supermarkets that will now be left jobless. Not forgetting also the Tanzanian suppliers of the two retailers who will have less shelve space to sell their goods from.

Unawazungumzia haohao suppliers wasiolipwa kwa wakati.., ambao nao wanashindwa kuwalipa wafanyakazi wao kwa wakati pia hivyo kuathiri mustakabali wa familia zao n.k.

Hili jambo ni vyema kuliangalia kwa mapana na sioni lolote la kufurahia hapa!!

Tanzania ina middle class kubwa tu.. na wapo kila mkoa.. maendeleo hayarudi nyuma, na unajua wazi uchumi wetu unakua kwa kasi kuliko nchi yoyote hapa East Africa.. so our middle class is growing.

I can't deny kuwa middle class ya Kenya ni kubwa kuliko Tanzania, lakini kuna kitu pia nimekigundua kwenu majirani.. mna KAUSHAMBA flani hivi kwenye mambo ya magharibi, wengi wenu mnafikiri uwepo wa Malls ndio kigezo cha uchumi mzuri na zaidi mnafikiri kununua kwenye supermarkets bidhaa ambazo zipo overpriced kwa kigezo eti nyie ni high end consumer ndio proper consumption..

Proper consumption ni ile ambayo haipelekei wastage na inaweka msisitizo kwenye faida ya watu wa chini.. sio overpriced object kuonyesha kuwa you can.. hayo mambo achia ulaya ambapo watu wanaishi kwenye welfare societies..

Ndio maana Tanzania maisha ni rahisi kuliko Kenya kwa kuwa mambo yenu mengi ni superficial.

Huku bongo middle class kama mimi kutembelea mall ni pale nitakapohakikisha kuwa hicho ninachokitaka hakipo mahali ninapoishi.. nikimaanisha badala ya kununua kwenye supermarket ambapo nampa hela tajiri ni bora ninunue Kwa local vendor ambaye ananiuzia kitu fresh kabisa, kwa bei nzuri na pia pesa yangu inamsaidia yeye..

waTanzania hawana ushamba wa kuzurura kwenye supermarkets ili waonekane wana hela au wana belong kwenye certain class.. hicho ndicho kilichofanya Nakumatt na Uchumi kufa walifikiri waTanzania ni washamba kama waKenya ambao wapo tayari kuuziwa mchicha wa juzi kwa 5000 wakati wanaweza kupata uliochumwa leo asubuhi kwa 200.

Nisamehe kama nimetumia Kiswahili kigumu ambacho umeshindwa kukielewa.

But from most threads, most facebook comments you can see the kind of hatred that goes on towards Kenyans from Tanzanians, the company I work with went to Tanzania to do a market research to establish a branch in dar, the report we got is that Tanzania is a very hostile market, they always think we are conmen, so for me its just not empty talk but rather talking from what I know
