Hivi bangi haijaruhusiwa Kenya kweliKisumu has supermarkets that are better than those things you posted above as malls.
1. Tumaini supermarket
2. Naivas supermarket
3. Khetias supermarket
4. Dubai complex supermarket.
All those four supermarkets are better than the malls you posted above.

It's true that Arusha is better in terms of quality hotels... But for leisure pub,club,night clubs,casinos,nyamachoma not really... Mwanza city is far better and the prices are affordable... I've also visited their mall,Aim mall...yah it's good somehow but can it stand along with the likes of Rock city and Mlimani city..? It's just like a shopping center...Even local transport you can't compare the two... Take a look at infrastructure, I appreciate that Arusha city has got a dual carriage of Sakina-Tengeru which was built recently but Mwanza city had dual carriage since 2008 and a 6 lane also though it is a short distance... That conference center in Arusha has been there even before 2000 and there was a need to do so... I think mwanza city are planning to build a big one after the ongoing projects;central market, nyegezi bus stand,marine vessels and airport are completed.Arusha and Mwanza were named cities 2012 and 2000 respectively though Arusha was the first to have things like supermarket, movie theater etc... I got my secondary education in Arusha.
And lastly I think this isn't the right platform for battling Tanzanian cities, It is Tanzanian against Kenyan. So we have to put other things aside.

arusha city ni about 200+km² na mwanza ni about 400+km² ndio maana nje ya jiji hamna anything special ila arusha bila arumeru ni utani maana hata mianzini arusha ni city center ila iko arumeru kuna sakina mall na complex na plaza arusha ni nyingi mno inakimbizana na dar i guess tusipambanishe arusha vs mwanza hii n ujinga ila arusha iko far kimiundombinu maendeleo ya watu starehe na hata towers ila kiuchumi mwanza iko juu na population pia as well as activity nyingi za uchumiHaha maybe but my host told me that was the only mall in the city... Or you can give me the names of those other malls...Of course Arusha is famous for nyamachoma but I think the reason behind is that it's the favourite dish for those people.... There are a lot of places selling those nyamachoma in mwanza... I can say we people have different attitude... But the truth is that the more busy the city is,the more places for leisure... And I'm speaking from my experience because I've been there in both cities... And sometimes I see people compare Arusha region and Mwanza city... Arumeru isn't part of Arusha city...Mwanza region apart from Mwanza city has nothing special.. Maybe Sengerema district.
