The panel of eminent persons that played a big role in ending the post election violence says it will not leave anything to chance in ensuring that all mechanisms that will ensure a free and fair general election are put in place.

Chair of the panel, former un secretary general Kofi Annan is in the country together with other members of the group meeting with different election stakeholders.

the post is especially vague. my question is atumiwa kivipi? every kenyan knows what happened during the 2007 post election violence. i as a kenyan am very grateful to Mkapa, Annan and the rest, as if they were not there, where would Kenya be now. this is just negative propaganda if Mkapa is being used.Then the entire EAC is also being used as the main financers and the people who give guidance on how the EAC should set policies are the EU.the EU is the single biggest financer of the EAC so stop spouting nonsense about Mkapa.
