BTW Mozambique tayari wanatumia Mtwara port na nina uhakika ship maintenance yard nyingine itajengwa aidha Mtwara au Lindi maana both Mtwara na Mozambique kutakuwa na investment ya gas facilities i.e. LNG and tankers zisizopungua $100 bln! kwanza hata hizo kampuni binafsi za mabeberu zilizo Mombasa zinaweza hama Kenya!
